I purchased the Ice Blue color, which is a soft heather-like light blue, excellent for wearing around the house if you want your feet to feel cozy. I'm always a size 6 in Ugg shoes, slippers, sandals and boots and these socks fit, with room to spare. They're not tight around the ankle at all, which is exactly what I was looking for. I wanted to be able to have a very soft sock that I could throw on to wear while watching movies or even wear to bed if my feet are cold. The thing I like best about these is that they are totally breathable and the top part of the crew sock is not binding at all. It does not leave a mark or indentation around my ankle so I can wear them through the night without worry I'm going to cut off my circulation. They wash on gentle cycle and dry on light heat just fine, keeping both their shape and softness. I think these could be worn under boots for those looking for a warm, loose sock, as long as your boot provides room for wearing a medium thickness sock. I prefer to keep these somewhat pricey socks for in-house only wear. I'm back now looking to get a couple other colors, as I don't think I have never really been this happy with a pair of bed socks. I hope this is a style sock that Ugg will continue to carry for many years to come. I hope they don't change anything about the fiber content, fabric, style, construction or softness, as these are simply PERFECT in every way possible. Since I'm using mine for indoor use only, I'm sure they'll last for a long time. I'd recommend them to friends and others looking for an alternative to wearing slippers around the house. They're definitely a 5 STAR product and I couldn't be happier with them.

These socks are worth every penny charged! I purchased the Ice blue because it's a pretty color and also seemed to go along with so many things. They're a bit on the thick side for wearing with shoes, but will likely fit perfectly under boots in the cold weather. I can see myself wearing these in the hot summer months when the air conditioning is on full blast and your feet are freezing as you walk on the ceramic tile. How cozy would that be? I just love them so much that I'm browsing now for another couple of colors. You won't be disappointed in these if you love warm, cozy slouchy socks. They're definitely and investment in your sock collection as they're pricey but worth every cent!
