These inserts are the best! They fit my casual shoes and Rykas, allowing my feet to finally be pain-free. Who knew there was such an easy answer for relieving plantar fasciitis. Great foot and arch support. There are several different thicknesses available, and finding the right one to fit your shoes is key. I have several different ones for different shoes, and they have made all the difference in relieving my foot pain.

These are great. I got them to wear in tennis shoes but am currently using them for indoor cycling shoes. The fit is perfect and they are comfortable. My only criticism is that I would not call them thick. They are basically the same as the regular active SOLE insoles that I bought several years ago. I expected these to have more cushioning and that is not the case.

These insoles are the best option I found to relieve shin splints from running. The thick insoles only fit in high volume shoes with removable insoles. If your shoes are lower profile you would probably want a different thickness, which you can buy from Sole as well. I love that the insoles can be trimmed to fit the shape of your shoe and custom molded. If you’re in between sizes, buy the size up and trim them to fit your shoe. Custom molding can help put the arch support exactly where you need it.
