The strap across the top is too short to close the shoe

Great style, fit was good overall, except if my feet swelled and I wanted to let out the straps more, it would expose velcro which catches everything. The heel pad on the back is annoying and will most likely cause blisters on my heel if I walk a lot. Arch support was good and sole was comfortable.

I purchased these to wear on a trip to Europe. I was looking for something comfortable but somewhat stylish. They were comfortable and not unattractive, but became stinky after wearing them for awhile. I've had leather sandals that didn't have that problem, so I was disappointed.

This is a beautiful shoe. I ordered the teal color in a size 9, which is the same size as my other 3 pairs of Taos sandals. This model is shorter than the other size 9 sandals; my big toe protrudes from the tip of the shoe causing it to be uncomfortable. Sadly, I have to return.

They are cute shoes and I was disappointed that they were a tad bit short. When I walked on them, felt like my toes were just slightly pushing over the edge, which isn't good. I always where a 6. Probably could have worn a 6 1/2 in this particular shoe, but as with so many shoes now, they aren't offered in 1/2 sizes. 7 would have been too big, but they didn't have the color I wanted in that size anyway.

The show felt small. Suggest going up a 1/2 size

A cute sandal and looks very well constructed, but the size seemed to run small for me. I may size up and reorder.

Love the style and look of these Taos sandals. Metallic silver Size 9. ( EU 40) I’m typically between a 9.5-10 regular width. I find that Taos runs big for me. Size 9 was the perfect fit and of course a super comfortable sandal. Moderate arch support. If you want higher arch support, I would say their Trulie sandal has that. Would definitely recommend the Taos Trophy.

i miss the old trophy (the original trophy) sandal. I still have one pair left...I got more recently to stock up and and it doesn't feel the same/isn't nearly as comfortable. Taos, bring back the original trophy sandal please! I will buy tons of them if you do that.....

Cute and completely adjustable for width/volume. Comfortable, but I prefer the Aetrex that are similar, because of the better arch support (and they hit my pinky toe in a more comfortable spot); I prefer the color of these and they are lighter weight. I love the “bronze” which I‘d call more of a copper. Cool that you can remove the t-strap, although I personally always like t-straps both in appearance and comfort.

Zappos suggested a 6 for me since I am a 6.5, but like another review indicated the 6 felt short and my toes were on the raised front lip. If you are a half size go up.

Of the 4 pair of sandals I ordered, these were the most comfortable. However I'm sending them back because they are NOT white. They are a cream color, not a pure white like I expected. I loved the adjustability of all the straps. Even my reasonably narrow feet felt secure in them.

I love how this sandal fits and it has great arch support. I'm returning it because the color is too dull. It looks more like a blueish gray instead of navy, which is what I was looking for. Guess I'll have to keep looking.

The sandals are wonderful. Attractive, comfortable, and adjustable. I have a thin, narrow foot, and could adjust the straps to make them fit. The footbed is a very comfortable material, and doesn't make my foot sweat like Tevas and some other brands with a more plastic-y footbed. Would buy them in additional colors.

This my third pair of this same style, but in this shoe, the back strap was back too far and was therefore too short. I love this style and was disappointed the shoes didn’t fit like the others. I’m returning them.

I have several pairs of Taos sandals and they all have the same footbed which fits my foot perfectly. These sandals have a totally different feel on the footbed, and it's just not that comfortable. Also, one of the straps cuts directly across my bunion and rubs it.

I am so sad. Taos must have changed where they are making their shoes. I have about six pairs and ordered two more to expand on my collection and to replace one pair that is well worn. Even the same size and style shoe is different from previous versions. The straps are shorter so don't go across my foot the way my other six pairs do. The new style is a bit shorter than my current taos shoes in the same size. My toes go just too far to make them work. Also, the arches are not as high as previous versions so they do not support my foot like they used to. I'm so sad. Now I suppose I need to find a different brand - unless Taos looks into it and increases their quality control. I wish they would. I have loved my previous purchases.

Nice shoe but short in length. I also felt the the strap that goes over the ankle could have been more generous and I do not have large ankles.

I have lots of Taos shoes, and I even have this exact same shoe in another color (black). I always wear a size 8, but these size 8 shoes are too small. That’s the main reason that I am returning them. Also, they did not come in a Taos box and one shoe was stuffed with tissue but the other shoe was smashed in the box with nothing to help it hold its shape. I have never had this kind of service from Zappos. I’m very disappointed.

Depending on the shoe, I'm a 9, 9.5, 10, with or without a wide width. I found these to be really comfortable and cute, but had ordered a 10, which was a little long on my foot. I ultimately loved a different shoe I'd ordered (SAS Shelly) and couldn't justify two pairs of sandals, so I didn't try exchanging a size down. Maybe if they go on super sale or next year if they're still around! They felt well-made, and I appreciated that the adjustable straps were a subtle velcro. The Teal color was a nice pop, but still neutral enough to go with most of my wardrobe.

I have worn Taos Trophy for years. Needed to replace my pair in Pewter and ordered these. Sadly Taos has made changes that no longer make these an option for me. The footbed went from a greyish-taupe color (that perfectly matched the Pewter) to tan, and looks and feels much cheaper than the original material. The shoe is slightly smaller than my last pair of the same size, leaving my big toe right at the edge. The next size up would be too large though. And the placement of the front straps seems different, as I cannot get them adjusted comfortably - at least not like my old pair. I am disappointed in the changes for sure. Zappos: please update your photos to reflect the new style changes. I will look for something else.

I own two other pairs of these sandals, bought a few years ago. This new sandal has a different foot bed, not as cushy and with less arch support. Also, the footbed was shorter than on my older sandals of the same size. I love my old pairs but am returning these because they are a tad too short.

Compared to the same sandal purchased a few years ago this one I felt was not quite as nice. The foot bed color, the leather and the stitching all seemed to be a lower quality than the previous version. The sandal is very comfortable, though.
