Color navy is not navy but grayish blue.

I loved the style of these sandals. Not too chunky. The yellow is a perfect bright neutral color instead of brown. Unfortunately, I need significant arch support from my sandals and these did only had slight support.

Yet another Taos shoe with no arch support. They are so tempting and soft, but I dare not risk a shoe with no arch whatsoever.

Loved the brown leather ones in this style, but the black embossed leather rubbed a terrible blister on my toe. Wish these were in the softer leather and not the embossed leather. The edges are just too sharp and uncomfortable.

These sandals are not flattering on my feet

The fit was to big and not enough ankles or arch support.

Love this sandal. I have very narrow feet. Could adjust the sandal to fit over my foot but the heal pafrt was way to big with no way to adjust it. I am very sad that I have to return this item!

The quality of Taos leather has really gone down. I have many of their older sandals, and the new ones just don't compare. The leather feels rough and flimsy and the heel strap was very uncomfortable. Disappointed.

Strap broke too easily

This sandal has been my "go to" for many years. I currently have 3 pairs and wanted to replace an old pair. Unfortunately the new model does not measure up to the old model. It is not as supportive and the quality of materials is not what it used to be. If Taos brings back the old model I will continue to buy more. If not, then I will need to find a new favorite.

I love Taos shoes. I have many different styles, but something is not right about these ones. I’m 5’11” and have had surgeries on both feet and now wear an 11W so I don’t mind spending a extra on a good pair of shoes. The initial try-on I thought these would be fine. After walking a half mile on my vacation I realize that they are almost lumpy in the bottom of my feet like it was missing the cushion factor. I hope they are not all like this. I’m bummed. I really liked the style. It’s hard to find cute shoes with all my foot issues!

These are very nice looking sandals but I found the actual foot bed to be really ridged and hard, As you wear sandals (or shoes) for a time footbeds get compressed. These are very pricey so I could not justify keeping them. Yes, they do get a lot of great reviews but unfortunately they were a "miss" for me.

I bought these because I was looking for sandals I could walk around in for an extended period of time as well as be able to wear them to work. They look good and are versatile. However, the reality is they are not supportive or comfortable. Not only do they make my feet hurt, but my knees and back, too! They also make my feet really stinky. I originally bought two and am grateful I hadn't worn the second one yet and was able to return them. Thank you Zappos for making the shoe buying experience a good one and for helping with returns! Great customer service!

The sizing was okay, but it lacked enough arch support for me. Better brand for arch support and footbed comfort are Earth Origins sandals.

Super clunky - these are cute adjacent, not cute. Taos, get it together!!

Not as comfortable as I wanted, especially for the price. I sent them back and got gabby but aetrex instead

First the color is awful; battleship grey. Thought it was the same as last year (apparently that was vintage silver). Not happy with price increase of 15.00. Additionally, now that Zappos is charging return fees, it will definitely cut down on my purchasing as you must try on shoes for fit and comfort!

Just not what I was looking for, not very stylish.

I loved these sandals sooo much, I ordered them in two more colors. I now regret my purchase!!!! After wearing the first pair a few times, I realized the foot bed stained and took on odor from everything it came in contact with!!!! I've tried cleaning with Baking Soda, Herbal Sprays, Shoe deodorizers. Nothing will clean nor freshen the footbed!!!! They're simply not worth what I paid!!!!!

I tried to purchase these. First, Zappos sent me a size 11, not the size 9 I ordered. Then the online exchange wouldn’t allow me to reorder a size 9 because they thought they HAD SENT a size 9. So that was a hassle. Then the true size 9 arrived, and the back strap of the right sandal was made or sewn wrong, meaning the back strap sat an inch back from my heel (the left heel fit perfectly). I sent this pair back because I was weary…but even in sending it back, there is no way to denote that the shoe was defective! I enclosed a note in the box, and can only HOPE that Zappos will pull these rather than send them off to some other unsuspecting customer. So if you actually get the right size and a non-defective pair, they are definitely cute, true-to-size, and comfortable. Good luck!

What has happened to my favorite sandal? The new version feels cheap and not soft leather like before. Super disappointing Taos… I returned them.

I am so sad that Taos has changed the foot bed on this sandal. It is now shorter and more narrow. I have worn Taos for years but now I am unable to because of these changes. The new 7 is shorter than my original 7 sandals and my toes are uncomfortably close to the edge now. The 8 is too big and sloppy. The straps are also shorter and the leather is a bit thinner but I would keep them if the foot bed were like it used to be. I'm not sure why they made these changes because they were perfect before! I hope they go back to the original.

Not for flat feet! Wanted to like these and decided to try after reading rave reviews. I have flat over pronating feet and need arch support. These offered none. Actually, they made my foot roll inward even more! Also, I always wear a 9.5. My toes were hanging off the edge of these. Bummer. Would not try this brand again.
