This is a great sandal all around. Unfortunately it does not come in half sizes. Taos website has you size up to the next whole size if you have wider feet, and down to the next full size if you run a bit narrow. I have a narrow foot and the size 8 works well, although I wear a 9 or 9.5 in most other footwear. This sandal is comfortable out of the box, and can easily be worn all day.

Loved the look and comfort of the shoe but the back strap of the left sandal was larger than the right and caused my heel to move out of the footbed even when the strap was tightened.

My foot measures 9 3/8" which is a true 7.5. The 7 was too short (might have worked, but longest toe would be even with end of shoe) and the 8 was too long. Sad, because I loved the bronze and pewter. I have ordered umpteen sandals from Zappos, but only 1 has worked so far.

I ordered the size 9 Nude color. These sandals appear well-made and are just right for casual summer sandals. Perfect for shorts, crops, jeans and summer casual dresses. The problem is my feet and back, not the shoes. I need sandals with a slightly higher heel to relieve knee and back pain. The velcro straps made it easy to adjust the shoes to stay on my narrow feet. A bit more arch support would be nice too. I really wanted these to work but it's hard to justify "almost" shoes at the price of Taos, even though they were on sale.

I own these in taupe and black. I like them because they are comfortable, even for walking and standing all day. Maybe not the most high fashion item, but not the ugliest either. I wear them a lot in the summer.

Size and fit are fine. Very comfortable shoes. Just want to make a comment on the navy color. They really are not navy more of a charcoal color. I wanted a true navy and was just hoping that they were because in the picture they look more brown. They are not the color I was needing but kept them anyway because they do feel good. If you are looking for a true navy these are not it.

Although the shoes "fit" in terms of length and width, the strap over the instep barely met the velcro closure...and that is before the hot summer days when my feel are likely to swell! Sorry, but I have to return these. On the bright side, the Walking Cradles were a much better fit! Thanks for your patience and your terrific return policy...oh, yes, and thanks for the quick delivery service!

I recently purchased my first pair of Taos sandals (Trophy 2). I love these sandals!. I usually wear a size 7.5 - 8 depending on the brand. Since this style didn't come in a 7.5, I ordered a size 8 and they are just a tad long me. Nonetheless, these are extremely comfortable right out of the box, no breaking in needed. I hope Taos keeps this style for a long time as I will order them again. I used to wear Merrell's until they discontinued the style I really liked, I hate that. I would say the arch is very slight, which is perfect for me as I'm more flat-footed (cannot wear Keens or Birkenstock or Teva's - arch to pronounced for me). I first time I wore me new Taos, I wore them all day and my feet felt great at the end of the day!!!!

Great looking sandal but doesn't come in half sizes. I wear an 8-1/2 W, ordered a 9W but it was an inch too long at the heel. Reordering an 8 and hope it fits because it looks great on and really like the bronze color; dark, not flashy, almost a neutral. Very comfortable, nice footbed padding, foot slimming.

The color, straps, and comfort of these sandals were p-e-r-f-e-c-t, however, the sole was just too geriatric looking for my taste. Such a disappointment because they were otherwise a wonderful sandal.

This shoe was not wide enough for my foot. Whoever had this pair before me, obviously felt the same way. It's the first time I have ever gotten a pair of shoes from Zappos that looked like they had just been tossed in the box, upside down, with the straps bent any old way.

I usually wear a 7.5 but, alas, Taos does not make half sizes. These sandals feel great on and the footbed adjustments work really well. I am looking forward to wearing them outside when the covid 19 goes away.

The ankle straps are a little too short if you have larger ankles. The sandals would be perfect with more generous ankle straps.

I am normally a size 6 in sandals but this one runs big (a half to full size). Sadly I had to return it and they don't have it in a smaller size. Love the pewter color.

Overall these shoes are nice and comfortable. The straps are all adjustable, and the heel strap is padded. The cushioning on the bed of the shoe is a bit thin and may compress over time. The shoes were more sporty looking and I wanted something a bit more suited to wear with work clothes.

Great shoe but be warned that the NAVY is not blue at all!! It’s a grayish color. Had to return them.

The "red" was not actually red - more a brownish rust color. So back they had to go and the quest continues.

I'm happy with these sandals. Each strap has velcro that can be adjusted so that they feel great on your foot. There is extra padding on the strap that is on the back of the ankle, very comfortable. The bed of the sandal is soft to the touch and provides a light cushion for your foot. This is a good sandal for the office or around town, however, there is not sufficient padding if your're going to be doing a lot of walking - I wish there were more substance to the sole especially in the heal to absorb a foot fall. There is insufficient, if any, arch support. Generally this sandal feels like you are going barefoot, and if that meets your needs, you'll be happy with them.

I really wanted to keep these sandals. Unfortunately the strap wasn't long enough. I read other reviews that mentioned the same issue. Make the strap longer please!

Very comfy, the colors are why I returned the white and bronze. My husband said they looked like grandma shoes.... uh.

Love the shoe! I have it in bronze and black. Had to return the navy. It is an ugly shade more like a dull charcoal.

A friend was wearing these and I ordered on her recommendation. I do like them but they are not a "holy grail" as I had hoped they would be. These only come in full sizes and I usually wear a solid 9.5 with most size 10s being too big and the arch support in the wrong place. So, following everyone's reviews, ordered a 9 and my toes were hanging off. I sized up to a 10 and these look, when on my feet, like my size 9.5s do in other sandals in that there is about 1/4 " of space at toes to end of the shoe (or a bit more) There is not the arch support that i think of with other shoes and I have okay but not high arches. SO - good shoes, I like my Clark's better for arch support and my mephistos as well but these are fine for the day. I REALLY like the hidden velcro as I can size around issues with my feet and have worn them out of the box for long days without issue. I am dealing with a lot of foot issues in the last year and struggling to find shoes that I like and can wear. These are cushiony but can see that hey are not as firm as Clarks or Birkenstocks which may be an issue later on as ot how often they get worn. I do really like them.
