I am typically an 8.5 to 9 in shoes and have slightly wide feet due to arthritis in my big toes. I bought these in 8.5 wide and they were nearly perfect. The only problem is that the heel was too wide and so my heel slips out of the shoe with each step. If I went down to regular width, they would not give enough room in the toe area. So for people who have wide feet all around, these would be great but if you just need extra space in the toe box, you may have the same problem that I did. As far as the toe joint, the shoe hits just above it. I'm not sure if it would have caused a problem or not. At least it didn't go over top of the problem joint. That is a deal killer too. The padding in the shoe is fantastic. It feels like there is gel cushion throughout. I wish they had worked but they are going back and I am still looking for a shoe that works for my problems, looks cute and is acceptable at work.

Finally, a pair of shoes that adds comfort!!!! My new work shoes.

Love, love, love these shoes. These are the third pair of Posies that I have bought, but the first lasers. The cut-outs give them extra interest. The shoes are comfortable right out of the box and I frequently wear them all day. I have wide feet and a small bunion on one, but they accommodate them comfortably. I think they are very feminine, and the sand color, while I wanted something a little lighter in color, is very versatile.

Comfortable and good looking shoes. I have to buy an 11 so anything that doesn't make my feet look like boats is a win. These don't.

Really cute shoe. Unfortunately not sized like the other confortiva shoes- it seemed bigger. I usually order 1/2 size up and in this shoe it was too big. Had to return.

Cute shoes! A little on the snug size for my usual size 8. Didn't buy 8.5 so not sure if those would fit or not. Debated on whether to keep or return. Aside from being a bit snug, they felt comfy.

I really like the look of this shoe, but it seems to be about a half size too big, going to reorder it in smaller size

These are super cute! They were slightly big for me but I they are so cute I will just wear them with socks.

With a bad knee and very narrow feet, it is often impossible for me to find shoes that look great and feel really comfortable. I have finally found them! These are adorable and extremely comfortable, great with slacks as well as skirts. I am delighted to have these and will probably buy them in a bunch of other colors!

This shoe is really comfortable and offers good support! I was pleased with the style, and it's even more attractive than it appeared on the website.

Loved the shoe but unfortunately had to return because of heel slippage.

I think I am keeping these, but the heel is a lot wider than it seems it should be. I added in the heavenly heelz and now they stay on. I haven't really worn them yet but they seem like they would be comfortable.

The blue is more gray-blue than pictured. These shoes are surprisingly comfortable and work with casual pants as well as skirts. They are cool in hot weather.

Cute shoe but I wasn't crazy about the color. More of red-brown than what I was looking for. Comfortable flats, true to size and width.

These shoes are really comfortable sans the width. I normally wear B width and am in a EE in these. I love the style. They are super cute and could go casual or dressy in my opinion.

Comfortable, dont pinch or rub skin raw as many dress shoes do. I did get them wide. My only complaint is that my heels do slide out. I have high arches so I did end up getting shoe inserts.

They were nice flats. Stylish and comfy, but even with the wide with it was still tight on my toes. So I had to return them. I have flat feet and ordered my regular size 9.

I really like the way the shoes look. Very cute design. I have narrow feet and the shoe kept slipping off my heel but I didn't want to return them. So I put a pad on one side of each shoe at the heel to keep them from slipping off my feet. It worked ok. Since I have narrow feet it's always hard to find a shoe that fits just right unless you can lace them up.

I had another pair of the Posie shoes (without the laser cutouts) and ended up buying a half size bigger than normal, so I ordered up again. These seemed to stretch quite a bit, and are so large that I walk right out of the heel even with grips. I can't wear them without losing a shoe at least once or twice during the day. A great disappointment!

I bought these because I really liked the Posies I already had. But these Posie lasers have a much wider heel and I "walk out" of them. I have a narrow foot so this can be a problem for me.

Slightly generous with width, but once I got the proper size found them to be very comfortable.

One of the reviews rates this as running a half size large in the description of the fit. I almost feel the opposite and wish I would have ordered a half size up.

These are very stylish and comfortable shoes. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis in my feet and use special padding in the heels. However even with extra padding they still tend to slip off! Unfortunately I have worn them twice and they have stretched out even more. I wish I could return them for the next size smaller.
