Shoes are cracking after wearing only once

Love the look of this shoe, but unfortunately that's the only good thing I can say about it. My pair did not fit true to size. I wear a 13 but these feel just a tad large for my foot. I have worn these once and that will also be the last. I wore them to work one day to help break them in. I received numerous compliments, but the shoes creased very badly. By the end of the day it looked as if I had worn these several times. These were definitely not worth the money I paid for them. I wish I could return these but the policy will not accept these as I have worn them on a surface other than carpet.

I've been wearing Stacy Adams for 30 years. My experience was not good because both heels were about a quarter of an inch off the ground which made them uneven. My experience of shopping for shoes online was horrible. I end up returning the shoes.

Shoes make a noisy sound when walking. Not a good fit.

Not made properly. Bottom of shoe not attached. Tip of the shoe needs to be bigger.

The shoes were not the quality in materials and workmanship of the product made decades ago when the were made in america. My husband did not like the look and feel of the shoe so it was returned for s refund.

Excellent shoe. Very comfortable.well worth the money. Size seems little big. Was not 100%satisfied with the fit.when shoe is laced up the tongue seems to have slack in it,at the bottom of of the shoe string eyelet.

I have never in my life had any issues with Stacy Adams whatsoever. This company makes amazing shoes and is just simply the best. These shoes however are definitely not worth the price. I wanted to buy shoes that were black and brown and super trendy looking. The shoes do look amazing no doubt. In fact I am in love with how they look, otherwise I wouldn't have spent this much on them. They lack the memory foam that comes with a lot of their other shoes, which I can live without. However what really gets me about these shoes is they have no traction at all. You can easily slip during winter time wearing these. They got worn out after a couple times of me wearing these. To be fair Chicago winters are rough, but I wore them on nice days with no snow. There are creases all over the shoes and they did just not withstand the test of time. I know I couldn't believe Stacy Adams was capable of making a less than stellar product, but trust me there are much better options than this shoe.

Not pleased with the color, to dark for burgundy

Like the shoe. The fit around the ankle on the right shoe, just bulges out no matter how tight you tie it.

I've been wearing the classic black Madison boots for 10 years and love them so I wanted a brown shoe version. I sent back the first order because they were too big (ordered the same size boot I've been wearing for 10 years). Then I ordered a half size smaller.... STILL too big. I DON'T WANT TO HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING AGAIN TO GET WHAT I WANT!!

I return them, I like the shoes, just too small

I WAS TOLD THAT THE SHOE RUNS TRUE TO SIZE BUT THAT WASN'T TRUE. I ENDED UP GOING TO A LOCAL STORE AND BUYING A SHOE TWO SIZES SMALLER.I HAD TO PAY THE SHIPPING BACK TO STACEY-ADAMS IN ORDER TO RECEIVE MY REFUND. I DON'T FEEL THAT I SHOULD HAVE TO SUFFER ANY LOSE IN THE CORRECTION OF MY ORDER. SINCE I DECIDED TO RETURN AND NOT RE-ORDER, I LOSE.I HAVE NO MERCHANDISE AND AM OUT OF APPROXIMATELY $15.00. I WEAR A LARGE SIZE BUT NOT AS LARGE AS I THOUGHT IN STACEY-ADAMS SHOES. IF I HAD KNOW, I WOULD HAVE SAVED TIME AND MONEY BY GOING TO THE LOCAL STORE AS I ENDED UP DOING. PLUS THE LOCAL STORE WAS CHEAPER!

The color is not navy blue as advertised. The leather is thin and cardboard-like, without any lining in the shoe. I returned them before wearing them.

Not at all satisfied with product. Right shoe toe blemished and sole damaged with black material, probably whatever was used to dye outer sole. Left shoe stitching around sole at rear heel virtually non-existant. Very dissappointed for the money paid. Bought 1st pair of this exact same style 35 years ago and have been wearing stacys since and this is the most poorly constructed pair i have ever had. I would have sent them back but did not have the time and did not want to take a chance on being sent some more inferior merchandise!
