Jambu is a good quality brand, and the Jetty Encore is a cute sporty style. I think on the right foot, they would be great. Unfortunately, these just didn't fit right on me.
I have another pair of Jambu shoes, the Encore Blossom style in red, and they are my absolute favorite pair of shoes. I wear them almost every day, get lots of compliments, and they've held up very well to a lot of wear and tear over the past year, including several hiking trips, and a lot of walking on a Disney vacation. They still have a lot of tread left on them, and the suede of the outer shoe is holding up, but the interior cushion is a leather-like material and is starting to get funky, so I wanted to start shopping for another pair.
Pros: I chose the Jetty Encore for a few reasons; it's a more sporty look, the hard rubber sole material wraps over the toe area for added protection, and the interior cushion looks like it's made from a rubber foam material similar to Crocs, so I thought it would get funky less quickly and holdup to some hand washing. The shoe is attractive and well made.
Cons: I wear a women's size 8 with few exceptions, and my size 8 Encore Blossom shoes fit like a dream. The Encore Jetty size 8 was half a size too small. I had purchased the size 8 at a discount on Zulily, and of course they couldn't be returned (lesson learned), so I passed them onto my teenage niece. I purchased the 8.5 from Zappos because I still liked the look of the shoe, but the fit still wasn't great on me. The length of the 8.5 was okay, but the shoe seemed wide across the toes and unproportionally narrow across the top of the foot. I have very high arches and the shoe was extremely tight over the top of my foot. I couldn't even get the velcro strap to fasten. This may not be a problem for someone with lower arches.
I will buy Jambu again, it's a good brand, but I will always buy from Zappos hence forward so I can exchange or return them!

This was very easy to put on, and comfy right out of the box. I liked that it had Microban. I normally wear a 7, but after reading the other reviews, I got a 7.5, and I'm glad I did. I liked the blue color on these--it wasn't as bright in person as it was on the website, which was fine. I like bright colors the best, but sometimes I don't want my shoes to announce my presence before I arrive. While the shoe was easy to get on, my heel slopped around a LOT. I could only strap down the velcro a little bit before I ran into the hardware. Not much velcro for adjustments, as there was on the Keen Bali Strap. The side straps were cute, but too flimsy for my intended purpose: beach-combing on rocky shores, and climbing on slippery rocks in the water. The toe box are was huge, so much so that it looked to me as though I were wearing clown shoes. I know I won't be walking the runway in these shoes, but I thought they looked funny. This shoe was also wider than the other 2 styles I tried (the Keen Bali and the Ahnu Tilden V)--my foot slid around in the footbed when I walked (I don't have a narrow foot), which is why a better heel adjustment would have helped.

For me there was just too much going on with this shoe with all the different straps. And, I was looking for something you could slip on and off easily.

I really like the way these shoes look and they are comfortable at first. Ever single time I have worn these they have rubbed blisters on my heels. I even tried wearing them with socks until they broke in and that didn't help. I was using them for fishing and was determined to break them in but I just can't stand it, I have worn them a dozen times and still get blisters on my heels. Had to order a pair of Keens to try instead. Pretty disappointed because they have a great look and are comfortable other than that.
