This is a classic long women's board short, which is very hard to find! I wish they made them in other colors/patterns. These would be good to wear over a swim suit at the beach/pool or with a t-shirt as "normal" shorts. I'm 5'7 112 lbs and wear size 2 or 4 in women's pants and size 26 in jeans. Wasn't sure what size to buy in these since they are juniors sizing. First tried a 5 and it was too big. Returned for a size 3, which fit well. With this style of short there's not much room for error size-wise because adjustability in the waist is minimal (no elastic or stretch). AT 5'7", these hit me about an inch above the knee when standing.

Everything I read about these shorts says order up a size. I am 5"1 and weigh 120 with a 26" waist. The mediums were way too large and I don't think going down a size would make the waist cinch to fit. Shorts were good quality too bad the waist was huge.

Bought for a trip to Hawaii. I love the quick dry fabric and how comfortable they are in a humid climate. I wore them to the beach and hiking. I bought 2 sizes 11 and 13. I liked the 11 for a more snug feel while hiking and the 13 for the beach. I love the length as it kept my thighs from chafing .

Fit perfectly true to size, and cut was feminine for a board short, but too long on my leg. I'm 5'7 and these were right at my knees. Wanted something a little shorter, trying a 9" instead of 11" boardshort.
