I love the look of this shoe. I tried them on when they came and they felt OK. When I packed them for on out-of-town trip and wore them on the street I had to take them off and walk around in bare feet they were so uncomfortable. These shoes are very narrow.

A little tight and cushion is nonexistent.

they look pretty good but VERY uncomfortable and not wide wide enough for average width feet. if i could i would try a size or two bigger if they had something larger than 13.

Because of the tough canvas like material- they are HARD to break in and rough on the foot. The sole is comfy, but the top is murder and needs to be beaten into comfort.

Love the style, but this shoe is a bit more narrow than a regular shoe. If you have wider feet, I would suggest ordering a size up and it may work?

These shoes are huge! My son normally wears an 11, including in Nike, and these were at least an inch too long!

Tops of shoes where the canvas creases as I walk puts pressure on the tops of my feet and pinched my big toes, causing a lot of pain and discomfort. Really surprised and disappointed, as I wore and loved the SB Solar Check for a couple years before trying the Portmores. Love the style, but I’m too old to sacrifice comfort. Going back to the Solar Check, which are way more comfortable and supportive for me.

These shows became unglued after three weeks of occasional use. The rubbed sides came unglued from the canvas upper at the ball of the foot on both the left and right side.

Look nice enough but really not comfortable. Offer little support and almost no comfort. You can neither add an insole - because of shallow depth - nor replace the insole. There’s little finishing inside the shoe and with thin socks, you feel all of it. It’s a problem with skate shoes in general but here specifically bad that they’re unfinished and cheaply designed.
