Bought these for hubby. He wears the downshifters and flex experience styles. We bought these figuring hands down win. Nope, not comfy like the others. Just dont like this style for comfort or look as much but love nike.zappos is great.

I've always preferred New Balance athletic shoes, but the last two pairs of NB I've ordered were so uncomfortable that I had to return them. I started wearing a pair that I had ordered over a year ago and they hurt my feet so badly that I had to discard them, since they were beyond the time limit to return them. I, therefore decided to try this pair of Nike, since the description sounded good. They are lightweight--only 9 ounces-- and very flexible which the NB's were not. They are very comfortable and don't hurt my feet at all. I'm very satisfied with the purchase and may order another pair in a different color.

My teenage son loves these sneakers for his sprinting workouts at track practice. These are light and he does wear some inserts for extra support. This is his second pair and he is very satisfied with this purchase.

too narrow

Was difficult to slide foot into this shoe. The tongue is sewn to the inside side of shoe and it was hard to open up wide to get foot in.

Great looking, low profile, slick shoe. However, did not keep them for a few reasons. 1) Felt a half size smaller than older versions but it seems like a lot of manufacturers are making shoes smaller now. 2) Very narrrow width, seems okay with thin socks but my feet would be too cramped with anything moderately thick. 3) The arch feel is too prominent. I feel the arch bump pushing into my foot with every step and it is too annoying to deal with. The location of the arch is also runs too far towards the heel.

The sole of the shoe tends to pickup lots of small stones because of the gap between the triangular elements. It's extremely uncomfortable since you can feel the stones through the shoes. I am returning the shoes after wearing it one time since I can't stand the feeling.

I have worn Nikes for several years now. When I received these shoes, I noticed that the heel portion of the shoes are soft. Not firm like most shoes. The fit is true to size, however it takes a little getting use to the shoe. Will wear them, but not my favorite shoe from Nike.

These shoes have a lot of arch support that I never adjusted to. Due to that, I returned these. Otherwise, the styling and fit are great. I like that the toes box has a lot of room.

Most comfortable shoe I’ve probably ever worn. SADLY, it has been one of the worst quality shoes I’ve ever purchased. I had them about 1.5 months and they started falling apart. Both toes unglued and part of the back soles are coming undone as well. Super disappointed as they feel great but look cheap now. Thought I would only buy this shoe now I won’t buy again. Darn

For the price, I was really disappointed in the quality. I tried 3 different pairs, same problem on all of them. One shoe fits great, the other, because of the way they've put a seam on the inside right at the arch it feels really uncomfortable and off balance. First pair was the left shoe, second pair was the right. Third pair was both shoes. Adjusting the insole didn't help. They look great, but they're unwearable for running, or even just training at the gym. I probably won't ever buy NIKE again.

Had a painful pinch point on the top of the shoes near the bottom lace. It could not be adjusted by loosening the laces - loved the shoes but had to return as they were painful to wear.

I wear custom orthotics and have never had a problem with the previous versions of the Flex Run; however, these were too short at the back of the heal. It felt like I was walking out of the shoe on each step. Had to return for a different style...which is too bad because I really liked the version I had previously (but no longer in production).

I really like the look of these but they are a bit tight. They aren’t true to size.

We have had shoes a week and they are starting to come apart.

I bought these for the flexible sole, but didn't realize the entire shoe was going to be flexible and made out of some weak polyester. These are barely shoes, they're more like slippers or a pair of Vibram's. They have no support whatsoever. I had the Flex Runs 2012 and thought these would be somewhat similar. The only thing they have in common is the flexible sole. I hate. Returning.

These shoes are comfortable! The shoes are light and fit well but watch out if you have floors you like. They will scratch and gouge the floor! The problem stems to the design of the shoe and its propensity to grab rocks, sticks and pebbles. The shoes are like magnets for rocks which in turn scratch your floor. Oh and the toebox is a bit large.

Worse fitting shoe ive ever put on. It runs it least 1 full size small and very narrow. I returned 2 pairs before giving up. Has great support & great styling if you can make it work.

Hard to give good grades to something that is so poorly sized. Very aggravating, and discourages buying shoes online. I can't really rate arch support because i didn't even stand up in them.

I'm pretty sure Nike changed how the laces work on these sneakers. I had a previous version that fit a-ok. In this new version, the bottom lace cannot be adjusted wider. This created a pretty horrible, painful pinch point at the top of the sneaker. I had to return them. As a designer myself I question if they tested this new configuration on enough people. I don't think I've ever seen a sneaker with a flaw quite like this.
