I think this is a great overall jacket. My problem is that I am a true size 14 and a size 12-14 runs small on me. Disappointed to return it but there just isn't enough wiggle room. I loved the features though, hand warming pockets, cuffs inside the sleeves, detachable hood, great fabric weight and more. It's just a bit too tight where I don't want it to be.

True to size, except...I ordered a size M, considering I’m a size 8 or M/L. I do not like heavy layers, so the M was perfect for me! The L would’ve been way too big on my mid section and shoulders. That being said, the bottom of the jacket was TIGHT on my butt. I a larger backside, hips, and thighs so it was tight but I was able to zip it up just fine. Since it has a double zipper, I can unzip the bottom to allow for more room. I may have to return just for this reason, but I would not size up. If you plan on layering and are a size 8 like me, I would certainly get a L. I only plan on wearing a camisole, and cardigan underneath this lovely jacket.

Fits wonderfully and looks great. Love the square pockets and coverage down the back. Very good quality product. Perfect for late fall. Highly recommend.

This is a great coat with lots of details women like. The only drawback (for me) is it is too tight at the hemline. A 2X fits me perfectly EXCEPT at the lower 4 inches or so. (Carhartt makes a 3X in this jacket, but it's not available through Zappos. I'll have to order it directly from Carhartt, unfortunately.)

Fits great! Material is perfect and definitely will keep you warm and dry in rainy weather.

I bought the jacket for all the pockets and the color (black) and I'm very satisfied. I'm 5'7", 145 lbs and I bought a large, because I like to have plenty of room for layering. I definitely wouldn't have wanted it any smaller. Some people might find it boxy, but I think it looks great, and I love the long tail. It's a bit heavier than I anticipated, so I wouldn't call it packable, but it isn't noisy, which is good. No pit zips, if that's important to you. I haven't worn it in a Pacific NW rain yet, so I don't know how water repellent it is. About the only thing that would make me feel better about it is if it were Gore-tex. All in all a lovely jacket after I removed the Carhartt label on the pocket!

the fit of this jacket is awesome. I love the fabric the styling is just as pictured and very flattering ! the little details of the jacket make it special. I will be ordering the black when its in my size. I ordered the succulent color. color.

I love this jacket. I’m 5’4” 180 lbs. bought XL and it fits perfectly. The jacket is slightly boxy but it’s very durable and also fairly soft. It seems like a lovely change from all the other rain jackets that I ordered to Try on all of them seem to be made out of rubber that was not breathable.

The jacket feels warm. Great for cool fal evenings. It had a weird smell when it arrived. Needed to be washed before wearing.

Some parts of the styling are great, some not so much. The duck tail and extended thumbhole cuffs are awesome! I wish I had those cuffs in all my coats. But when will Carhartt conceal their hoods into the collar with a zipper like other designers? Removable hoods either get lost, or are not with you, when you need them! And the exposed snaps look funny.

I loved the style of this jacket, but there was one big caveat to it. I could fit a whole other person in my jacket! I ordered my normal small (I'm 5'9 126lb for reference) and I know this jacket says "relaxed fit" but I seriously could have been double my size and still fit into this jacket. The arms fit perfectly, length was good, mid section was way way too big. Too bad because styling and comfort was on point.

HEAVY HEAVY STIFF. Had tons of pockets, but this was not what I was looking for for travel. Completely impractical.
