I think it should be made clear that these are not "sneakers," in spite of the design/appearance. They are what I consider serious shoes, in that they are not soft the way sneakers usually are; the soles are solid with not a lot of softness that leads to 'give', and the leather is soft but not mushy. I would say they dress up casual clothes a bit in terms of overall appearance (I bought the Light Grey Kid Leather, and they have a beautiful platinum glow and a snake print, goes with so many things, very versatile). The toe box narrows, which is a more elegant look than a sneaker gives you. I ordered my usual Munro size, 10.5W--I do not actually understand the suggestion to size up, since these are a tiny bit large even with my custom orthotic inserted. The narrowing toe box puts a bit of pressure on my left pinky toe, which is most likely going to develop a blister unless I wear these a lot to break them in. I love the look of these shoes, because they elevate an outfit, which makes them really useful in cities, and I love the color, because it makes it possible to wear a lighter-color shoe without going with white, in the Spring and Summer, which is why I wanted this color (which was not only not available on Munro's site, it wasn't even mentioned). These shoes will be great with white pants as well as light grey, which can be difficult to find a cooler color (as opposed to tan or even 'blush' or bisque) shoe to go with them. Munro shoes, for me, last many, many years, and I am very pleased with these. Thank you Zappos for carrying this color!

Love these so much I just bought a second pair. Recently wore these on vacation where I walked a lot, 5 hours a day, and no aches or pain. I wear a 2AA and the width is perfect. Some shoes stretch too much and my feet slide around, but not with these shoes... width stays true to size.

I wanted to Love these shoes and was excited about their arrival. There is a "but" though. They are too narrow and tight in the toe box. Not comfortable for me at all. A big disappointment. Thank goodness for the generous Zappos return policy.

Very comfortable from the first time I put them on. the texture on the top is very stylish and they look good for a casual shoe. Zipper works and allows you to not have to tie the shoe.

I love these shoes! Munro is my "go to" brand and these did not disappoint. These are both comfortable and cute. I'm seriously considering getting the white pair too. I was a little concerned at first because they felt a little loose in the heel and I was worried about heel slippage but it has not been an issue at all. The laces are nice for looks and for adjusting the fit but the side zip is the best for easy on & off.

I love these shoes so much this is my second pair. I bought them before a long trip which included a lot of city walking as well as touring archeological sites. I wore them daily and have kept on wearing them for daily wear and city walking. They still look good but I want a back up pair while they are still available. I am 70 so I don't go for trendy looks, but I like to be stylish. These shoes look sharp, and I get lots of compliments. And the zippers! That is my favorite feature. Once you have them laced to the correct tightness you can easily slip them on and off. My arthritic fingers don't have to fool with re-lacing every time.

Cute and very comfortable shoe, wore it all over Italy walking 5-7 miles per day. The Black Snake option is a very nice detail.

Between the three generations of ladies in our family we have 7 pairs of Munro Gabbie. Very well constructed. Easy on and off with zipper. Despite being a comfort shoe, we get lots of complements on them: especially the white and the light blue. I wear orthotics so always looking for a supportive, structured shoe. These shoes hold up under heavy wear.

I'm extremely happy with these shoes. To find wide width that are actually cute is rare. Only thing, I wouldn't order half size up again. I usually wear a 10 or 11 so i ordered the 10.5 and they're slightly too big. But still, too great to return and I'm wearing them as is. Will order Munro again!!

I have been enjoying Munro shoes for many years, grateful for shoes that were available in 9 narrow. These were the first ones that didn't fit. The toe box is so narrow as to be truly uncomfortable. I tried them in 9M, but the heel slipped and the front was still quite tight. I'm really disappointed. This shoe looked like the perfect travel, walking show.

These are beautiful shoes. However, for me, the toe area was too narrow for a WW width. I wore them in the house for several hours hoping I could stretch them to be comfortable. But, it did not work for me. I am finding that recent Munro shoes are either running short for the size or not as wide as they should be for the width stated. I love Munro shoes and will continue buying them. I will not give up on them. I had to return these and was disappointed they did not work for me.

I love Munro shoes. I wear a size 4 but always a 4.5 in Munro and at times, a 5. I ordered this shoe in a 5 and it fit well in both length and width. The denim colour is great and I almost convinced myself to keep the shoe. I wear some costly shoes and have for most of my life but I cannot allow myself to spend $230 on a sneaker even if I maximize on wear. This shoe isn't worth that amount of money and knowing that it certainly won't be on sale anytime soon, I still know I can try to find a great sneaker with lots of style in another brand.

The fit and size were perfect, and the shoes felt comfortable as soon as I put them on. I purchased the light grey leather style, and believe me as someone who wear a SSSS width, it is difficult to find something other than black. The lighter color will be nice for spring and summer. The only thing that made me hesitate is the snake skin style. I don't like snakes and usually I won't buy it just because it was a snake skin pattern.

So happy I purchased this stylish, comfortable shoe! I've ben looking for a shoe like this hat I can wear all day and feel like I just put them on. I have a very narrow foot and have a hard time finding shoes that I can wear all day. Thank you Munro and Zappos! I'm about to purchase my 2nd pair. I must say they are a bit expensive BUT worth every penny!

I was so happy to receive a narrow shoe that is stylish yet comfortable. That happens so rarely for us who have narrow feet. Usually we must just take whatever fits regardless of the style. The side zipper is very convenient. My thanks goes to Munro for making shoes in so many different sizes. Another plus is that they are made in the USA. Munro shoes are spendy but well-worth it.

These are fabulous! I swore I wasn't going to buy another pair of shoes, but I couldn't stop thinking about these and finally caved for the snakeskin print version. They are lovely, and I've already gotten several compliments. Super comfortable and they fit very well - felt a smidge narrow at first but loosened up nicely after a day's wear.

I really wanted to love this shoe but when I finally found my size, the toe was not wide enough. Always wear 11B in Munro but this shoe is not true to usual Munro sizesize

These shoes are fantastic! They feel great right out of the box. I wore them on a 12 day trip to Japan. We were caught outside 1 day during a rainstorm and the shoes unexpectedly kept my feet warm and dry. I would buy these again in a heartbeat. Worth every penny!

These just arrived today, and they could be my new favorite shoes (or they would be, if the temperature weren't 94 degrees outside). I ordered a 7.5WW, which is plenty big enough to accommodate my orthotics AND a pair of medium-weight socks. I love the styling and know I will get plenty of wear out of them this fall and winter. I normally wear a 7WW, but sometimes order a 7.5WW in Munros, depending on the style. These will stay on my feet just fine if I lace them up snug enough---can't wait to try them out!

Us narrow-width feet people are always excited to find something both fashionable and comfortable!

Purchased this shoe in white. Very cute and fits me well 8 1/2 asaa. Very difficult to find the width The only downside i found was the shoe laces were too short,but i contacted Munro and they are sending me longer ones.

Munro is pretty much my “go to” brand for an attractive, comfortable shoe. I really wished these had worked, as I bought them for an upcoming trip where i’ll be doing a lot of walking. These ran a half size bigger than my usual size. Even with exchanging for a better fit, they just felt stiff, and for that amount of money, I didn’t want to risk that they would not break in. Had I kept them, I would have needed to add an orthotic insole for arch support.

I bought this shoe last year and loved it. I decided to buy another pair this year (and take the older pair to our summer home). I love Munro, in part because they usually offer their styles in Wide, and I need that. Also, Munro shoes have some arch support. This shoe, Gabbie, looks like a sneaker but it is much more structured (it is not canvas), and it is very good looking. The zipper is a particularly neat feature, not only fasionable but useful. I never un-lace my shoes at the end of the day. I unzip them and take them off. The next morning, I put them on, zip them up, and then decide whether I want to tighten the fit. If so, I untie them and re-tie.

I ordinarily have size 14 feet so finding ANY shoes that are the least bit feminine and that fit is always a challenge. I decided to take a chance and ordered a size 13 of these shoes because they are the kind of shoes that I like to wear - comfortable, flat feet with rubber soles for everyday wear. Turns out they fit and are comfortable so I am thrilled! I can wear them with leggings and jeans and yoga tights which is mostly what I live in these days. They look and feel great. I highly recommend - make them in more colors. They are sold out in everything but black.
