They were so soft and so comfortable when I tried them on. I'm a true size 6 but I went with 6.5 and it was perfect. I have narrow feet but with a little bunion next to my big toe that's why I went half a size up because i was worried my feet will feel cramped if I go with my true size. I gave a low rating because I was sent a pair with creases on the sides and the front. I know they will eventually crease overtime because they are made of leather. But i want to be the one that made them, not be sent a pair that's already with creases. I still made another order, and hopefully I will get sent crease-free ones.

Ended up returning these because they are narrow in the toe box area. They pinch the sides when you walk. I didn't even have to try them on for too long before realizing they were not going to work. I have never had this issue with any of my previous Cole Haan's sneakers. Too bad. The shoe fits true to size.

I had high hopes for the these but unfortunately they missed the mark in a few areas, which is disappointing considering the price tag. The outside toe area is extremely tight and cuts into my pink toes which is odd because the rest of the toe area is fine. It's like the angle is off/too sharp of a cut. Even if you disregard the toe issue, the cushioning seemed subpar given the type of sneaker and grandpro type. Overall, I was expecting much more comfort. Aesetically though, they are wonderful.

Cute style but uncomfortable and hot. I also did not like the shoes are in different white colors (beige and cool white).

I have purchased several pairs and worn these consistently since this shoe came out 7 years ago and I am sad to say the shoe has changed. The toe box is much narrower (I compared to my previous shoe) and the color and quality of the leather is different (looks grayer, cheaper). I'm so disappointed but unfortunately I will have to find a new white sneaker.

These are super nice sneakers. The look is very nice and I received lots of compliments. I would've given it 5 starts if they had better patting. Better patting support would've made these more comfortable . I will keep them and will add a second layer of support.

I have been wearing these shoes for 4 years and just bought my 3rd pair and they are not the same, I'm so disappointed! They seem cheaper and are nowhere near as comfortable as they used to be. My other two pairs were so comfortable right away, no break-in period and I walked 12 miles a day in them in Europe. My new pair I've worn 4 times and they hurt my feet after a couple of hours. I'm so bummed.

I was disappointed with the quality of the overall shoes and laces. The quality is not what. Have had in past purchases.

I've been wearing these Grandpro tennis shoes for years! They have been a wardrobe staple since they were released - replaced every year or two. This latest version (I ordered both the gray and the white just to compare) are so disappointing. It is not the same shoe. Cole Haan narrowed the toe box, there is less cushioning, the look and feel of the leather is cheaper, and they did something with the arch support. Now, my foot collapses inward into a heavy pronation. Terribly uncomfortable and basically unwearable. Cole Haan designers: BRING BACK THE OLD SHOE!

This is my second pair of these cute kicks. I love them that much! They're sleek and dainty for us ladies who care about that. They ride low on the ankle so are very comfortable. They go with most everything. They're more expensive than typical sneakers, but are super nice and worth it for that "Cole Hahn" factor.

These sneakers are not only amazingly styled but are extremely light weight and comfortable. They are pretty much perfect for all day and night too. They always look great with just about anything. Thanks Cole Haan.

Bought these a couple months ago. Overall, I am pretty happy with them, but there are some things that have disappointed me. First, they took quite a while (3+ weeks) to break in they rubbed on the side of my foot, which I've never experienced with shoes before. Second, the shoelace ripped on the right shoe despite normal wear after only a couple months. Third, there is already a small rip in the material on one of these shoes, I've just been wearing these casually to run errands, etc. Pros are they are an attractive and versatile style in a manageable price point. They've added a great look to any outfit. So overall I'm happy, but there's a couple things I would change.

These are so cute but the shoe strings are way too short. I'm going to have to buy some longer ones.
