Great shoe and very comfortable although the second pair is having a compression issue on the outside of the rear sole. This is the second time with the same issue. For the price they should last a LOT longer. Zappos replaced the first pair but I don’t want to have to send a second pair back so will take it as a learning experience.

Back-half had great support, the front-half had hardly any cushioning at all and very uncomfortable and hard feel to it. Also worried the mesh front since my FS Run shoes wore holes in both toe areas that same would happen with shoes.

I was excited to see these came in a 4E width but, I really had to let the laces out to try and make the width OK. The even bigger problem was the weird lump on the outside edge of the shoe. It was like there was a second arch support on the outside edge of my foot. I wore them around the house thinking maybe that would adjust, but it created a painful hot spot.

Purchased the men's version of this shoe because there wasn't a wide width for women's in black color. This shoe has a snug fit, might be narrow/tight for men but works well as a wide width for women. It fits about a half size small still. There is little heel slippage, which is great. I did have issues with my first pair having some weird lumpy spots in the forefoot sole area. I verified that this wasn't just an insole issue by taking out the insole and feeling the forefoot area with my hands for unevenness. I exchanged, second pair had less lumpiness and I just settled for it because I like the looks of the shoe and I'm not sure if I could get an even surface forefoot area even if I exchanged again. I have had this occur in mid-range running shoes but, I didn't expect such manufacturing defects at this price. Overall good looking shoe, good comfort besides the lumpy sole.

Something has changed with these shoes. For about 10 years I only wore Pegasus. They've changed the way the front of the shoe feels. The cushioning is not balanced. I feel too much pressure in one part of the shoe which leads to foot pain after being on my feet for a while. Disappointing. Gotta find a new style now

It seems that Nike is back to inconsistent narrow sizing of the late 90s early 2000s. This is a good looking shoe and the uppers are very comfortable. However, it is narrow about 2-3/8 inches at its most narrow on the sole, in contrast my old Air Max's were nearly 3 inches at its most narrow. Both are size D or medium width and the old Air Max fits me fine. This is the second Nike that I have purchased recently that is too narrow. Very frustrating.

I really wanted to like them, they looked awesome but very uncomfortable. Nike shoes just never seem to fit my feet right. Zappos is awesome I really appreciate being able to return them after trying them out!

It’s style and look is good, but fitting and comfort is not as expected

I was very disappointed in the Pegasus 34. I tried it on and immediately I knew I was going to send it back. I could feel various pressure points on the sole of each shoe. It is almost like the shoe's sole is uneven or made of varying densities. Otherwise this shoe fit well and had enough room in the toe box, etc.

It feels like there's arch support on the outside of my foot instead of the inside.

Tried on three pairs of this shoe in the light blue/grey color and all were uncomfortably tight in the toe box. Other colors did not have this issue.

This is the 3rd.in a row Pegasus Air Zoom 34 that breaks down in the left medial heel in less than 20 miles run. Prior editions of Pegasus did not have this problem. Thanks to Zappos for accepting my return and refund after only putting 10 miles on it with the heel breaking down again.. I have now switched to Brooks Levitate (also on Zappos)---working well so far and I have done more than 10 miles so far and it looks like brand new.

Not flat feet friendly

Nice style, but no arch support, doesn't favor people with flat feet
