This is my 5th pair of Taos sandals. They are absolutely my favorite brand. I have narrow feet and bunions. The styles with Velcro work the best for me because I can adjust as needed. This is the first non adjustable pair I have purchased and therefore are a little wider but with the toe strap I believe my foot will stay in place fine. They feel very comfortable and nothing rubs on my foot at all. Purchased my usual size. Very pretty.

I love these shoes - this is my third pair and they are my go to summer sandals. Good support, work with bunions and very comfortable.

I’m typically a 9 1/2 so I sized up. I love the shoes. I have several Taos brand, these shoes have fit well since I broke my ankle 2 years ago.

I’m a 9 1/2, went up in size and they are perfect. I’ve been wearing Taos shoes almost exclusively the last 2 years after I broke my ankle. I have one foot wider than the other and a lot of their shoes allow for adjusting straps. This style doesn’t allow for that but they feel great.

I love these shoes. They meet all my requirements, good arch support, stylish and most important of all, the leather is perfect when you have a bunion. It totally covers the bunion and the folds hide the bunion. Perfect shoe for me!

I have problems with my feet and it’s hard to find comfortable and stylish shoes. These fit the bill. Very happy with my purchase.

I waited over a year to review. This shoe is AMAZING!! I have wide feet that hurt with many sandals. I also have a bunion that makes it difficult to find comfy sandals that don't accentuate the bunion. I found my favorite shoe!! It looks like a shoe/sandal hybrid. Love the style, the soft leather, the comfy sole and I don't feel frumpy when I wear them. I am buying in another color now.

I LOVE THESE SANDALS! I don't normally write reviews, but after getting some Taos Moc shoes, I decided I should try the sandals. When I first put these on, I audibly groaned because of how well they fit and supported my feet. I generally have narrow feet but after a few foot surgeries due to bunions and hammer toes, I need a wider foot bed. These sandals fit like a glove and I was able to order my normal size 8. I also love the style of these shoes, no more "gramma" shoes for me!

I need black sandals and these are almost exactly what I wanted... They are well-made, quality sandals with a supportive foot bed, beautiful leather upper, and a really nice style option for feet that have been through 50+ years of abuse. I am crushed to be sending them back for two reasons... the toe post is hitting me wrong (happens to me so often) and they just feel a bit heavy (heavier than my SAS, anyway). I'd still recommend these for being overall comfortable, stylish, and of good quality.

This is my third pair. I now have 3 colors. I normally wear a 9 1/2 in a shoe. The 9 in this sandal is just right. I love Zappos. I had to deal with customer service when ordering this sandal using a gift card. They have the NICEST people! They went out of their way to help me with my problem on Mother"s Day. They were so friendly and knew just what to do. Can't say enough about Zappos and the care they give their customers. I have used them for years and will continue to do so. Their help and kindness go a long way with me and they carry a wonderful selection of shoes! I recommend Zappos to all of my friends.

I love this sandal. This is the fifth pair that I have ordered over the years. So happy that Zappos continues to carry this sandal. Ordered the pewter color this time and I love it. I enjoy the metallic colors as they go with everything. I like that this sandal has a soft upper part that molds to my high arch. Also, it has a lot of covering over the top of the foot which I like. Makes me feel more secure than really strappy sandals. I'm in my 60's but this shoe could be worn by anyone. It's the only sandal I wear anymore. I even have an older pair that I use only in the house as my "slipper". That's how comfortable it is for me.

These are the cutest sandles. The leather is glove soft. I wish I could use them. I have a lot of arthritis in my feet and unfortunately didn't work for me.

Fits like a glove. Second pair I’ve owned. Great support for my plantar fasciitis prone feet.

I love these!!!! I wear a 10-10.5 and ordered an 11. They fit perfect!

Like other reviews commented you should purchase up a half a size at least. Very comfortable!!!

Great shoes but did heed advice and ordered a full size larger.

This is my second pair of these comfortable and stylish shoes. They stay more secure than average slide style sandals.

Love these sandals because they hide my bunion. I might buy in another color, too.

I gave these all 5 stars, yet I returned them. I ordered a 1/2 size larger as suggested, and the length was correct. I had to return them, however, because I have a narrow foot, and the M was too wide, even at that the footbed was wonderful. My narrow feet aside, these are awesome sandals.

These shoes ARE really a gift to my feet. The leather is buttery soft; the arch support is not super but is definitely noticeable; they don't pinch or otherwise hurt my arthritic sensitive feet. I wore them for hours, right out of the box. The regular price is a little intimidating, but if you watch for sales you might just score a real gem. Even at regular price, the comfort of these shoes make cost less of a factor.

I have a bunion on one foot (have had surgery to correct the other foot) and these sandals do exactly what other reviewers reported: they hide that bunion and do it with comfort! The design of Taos Gift 2 lets me walk with ease - I got the silvery/white (forgot the exact shade name) and they go with everything. The thong is comfortable between my toes, no issues there at all. Footbed is supportive but also soft. All in all, a happy purchase.

These shoes fit me perfectly at a size 7. I read many reviews that the shoe was too short, too narrow, too wide. For me, they are true to size and width. I ordered the bronze metallic. The leather is like butter and they are comfy right out of the box. However I am concerned about the toe piece. Being leather, this piece is a bit stiff. I’m worried this will rub between my toes. The sandal is so unique and beautiful, I’m keeping them and hope that toe piece will relax a bit. I recommend these sandals.
