the shoes do not fit the same as the same size and same style from this brand.

My son wears Natives nonstop so I bought the flame shoes in a size 2 - same size as the yellow shoes but these are significantly smaller. Make sure you check them before your kid wears them as the size is NOT consistent.

My son is already living in these! I was worried about rubbing, but so far we haven't had a blister!

Great shoes, have bought this flame style twice in different sizes. My kids love natives.

My grandson loves theses shoes because they slip right on and off. I love them because he plays in the mud and dirt a lot and these shoes can be rinsed right off. He's on his 3rd pair. They never wear out but he is a growing kid so he outgrows them. They do run a little long.

Love these, but be aware they run really big! My son wears a 1 and the 13 is even a bit big. Super cute though.

These are the absolute best shoes I have ever bought for my son. We live in Arizona and it's the perfect shoe. Closed toe, so he can play, but the holes allow his feet to stay cool. They last for a really long time and take a good beating.I will buy these shoes for my son as long as he keeps wearing them.

My twins love these shoes because of the flames but I echo the comments on the inconsistent sizing. Just ordered a bigger size in the hopes that I can fix this issue.

Firstly, I just want to say I've been buying my kids Native shoes for over 4 years now, and we absolutely love them! I've never had an issue with them until this pair, and I will continue buying them. I bought my son the Jefferson Block - Frontier Blue/ Frontier Blue/ Insight Circle. We received them yesterday, and he wore them for the first time today. Within one day, the blue circle is peeling off the shoe. I've bought the jefferson Block in another color before, as well as other patterned Native shoes, and I've never seen this happen. The other shoes we've had, it looks like the actual shoe material is colored, where as with this shoe, the darker colored circle is obviously some sort of sticker. Other than this defect, the shoes are as expected, but since the kids pick their shoes by colors/patterns, he's disappointed. We're returning them and choosing a different color.

My son wears his Natives to shreds. The last ones we ordered a couple months ago were a size 2 and he's not grown out of them, so I ordered these in a size 2 and they are MUCH smaller than the yellow size 2's he already had. Unfortunately, I recycled the box and he's worn them before complaining they were too small so I guess I'll give them away. :-(

As other reviews have said, the sizing on this design is unreliable. The pair we ordered was marked J2 (child size 2), but they were the exact same size as her current shoes, size J1 (child size 1). Unfortunately we have to return them, which really disappoints my child because they look cool!
