The shoes were supposed to be extra wide but I couldn't even get my foot in them because they were not wide enough. I need to return these shoes.

I have an issue with the inner sole on the left foot. I tried the on-line return and it wont recognize my order. I have left a message trying to contact customer service, but no response.

the shoes I bought in January are great and the reason I purchased 2 more pairs, the problem was that the 1st [air were produced 8-2019 & the last 2 pairs 11-2019. the 1st pair had round toes & the other 2 pairs were more elongated and didn't feel the same on my feet.

I returned this tennis shoe and waiting for the credit or send a different size like 9 1/2.

The shoes did not fit. I thought I had ordered "Extra Extra Wide" Size 10, and "Extra Wide" arrived. I communicated twice with your Help Desk to see how to order the "Extra Extra Wide" version of the shoe I ordered (I already own a pair of Extra Extra Wide Skechers) - but have received NO REPLY. I returned the shoes via UPS on September 12, but to date I've received no notification indicating that a refund has been sent to my MC account. So, right now, I'm an unhappy customer!!!

No arch support, hurt my feet where I couldn't walk on them. Needs arch support. Extra wide is too wide needs just a bit wide to secure feet. Needs more cushion support.

Go to a store and try them on first before ordering...

Purchase these shoes on a previous occasion and the size was 12, ordered two new pairs of same style & size and they were a full size too small. I followed the return directions and have not been issued a refund or received any notification of return receipt.

I ordered my size and they do not fit at all. The extra-wide is no way extra wide.

Width of shoe looks like a clown...not built proportionally. Returned shoes, currently awaiting credit for my purchase

I have purchased several Skechers products and all have the same problem for me: no matter what the width says they all have been too narrow. I don't have this problem with other brands so I would say it's a manufacturing problem.

Loved the concept of the shoe and design, just to wide for my foot width

Had high hopes. I am a size 12 narrow. Don't know how I ended up with a wide relaxed fit.
