Website did not state delivery date. Tracking date was not met. I tried calling the posted phone numbers only to hear a message that they were no longer answering the phones. I used to be able to trust Rockport but am very dissatisfied with the whole experience. Product was mediocre at best.

Sizing is terrible. I ordered a "W" wide but this was so narrow none of the hook and loop straps even came close to connecting.

They were actually very nice sandals, during the short time they lasted.
However the side of the sandal broke where it attaches to the sole and looks to have been attached by only a single piece of thread. This is more of a design flaw since you can see the other sides on both sandals were beginning to pull away as well. Even if this one did not break it was only as matter of time until another did.
Even though I only wore these for about 2 months last year and once this year I'm still past the warranty period so I'm pretty disappointed. I will obviously not be purchasing any Rockport sandals ever again. I wish I could find the Timberland sandals these replaced which lasted me over 10 years but unfortunately they are no longer made.

Sandals did not fit at all. My toes were resting on the front edge of the sandals while at the back end there remained almost one inch of unused space. I have returned the sandals.

I love the look and feel of them but they are so smooth on the bottom despite the waffling that I can't walk on polished wood floor without the fear of falling down.

Cannot wear them as the stitching rubs against the bottom of the heel. Ready to give them away. Sorry I bought them.

Returned to Rockport and received by Rockport per email I received
The velcro front toe strap did not reach to the other side in my large size. Problem was the sides were probably a "small" sewed into the sole. I had an old pair of basically the same sandal as proof of this defect.

I was looking for my 4th pair of Rocklake sandals, but they were out of stock. Tried the Darwyn thinking they would be similar but the footbed is soft, not leather like the Rocklake. Had to return them, still searching for Rocklake's.

I bought these a week ago. One lasted one day until the heel strap had pulled out of the footed. I had tried to fix it with epoxy. I left to go on vacation and while I was driving both straps had pulled out on the right and the heel strap on the left. I am extremely unhappy with this P purchase.

I had hoped to find a sandal which would have a good solid but soft soles, these did not have much real padding, sort of softish cover, but no real pad. returning...
