I wear 10.5 wide, and these are perfect! I added stretchy “laces” because I’m always running late. Best shoes I’ve had in a long time. I’m buying another pair so when these die, I’ll have backup. I have worn them for times I walk a lot, and have been totally comfortable.

I like my nunn bush desert boots very much. The suede thick and a perfect shade of tan. I think that the fact that there are 4 pair of eyelets instead of just 2 as most other brands have make them feel more secure on my feet. Same thing goes for the thicker shoe laces. The price was very fair, a bargain even.

I wore desert boots like these when I was a teenager. I have been searching for this type of shoe for a long time but never found the style I liked. Nunn Bush is the first manufacturer I have found that has made not only a stylish boot, but a a boot with a wide width option. I bought a pair in dark brown, tried it on the next day when it was delivered, and immediately ordered a second pair in beige. My search is over! The shoes look great, are very comfortable (and lighter than the boots I wore years ago) and the price is so much less than I would have expected. If this is the style boot you have been looking for, and especially if you need a wide width, you owe it to yourself to give these a try.

I'm giving these 5 stars due to the fact that somebody finally made a desert boot style in a wide width. I'm so happy I found these. With such an affordable price I wasn't expecting much in terms of production but this is well-made, stylish and substantial shoe that fits my big EEE feet perfectly. They look much better in person than they do here. Looks on par with the Clarks version. Can be dressed up or down. I love em so much I'm buying a second color. The only negative thing I can say is that the beige versions feature a thin navy trim around the sole of the shoe not pictured here; but it's a small detail that I'll happily live with.

More comfortable than I thought. The shoes feel roomy. I usually wear 11 in athletic shoes and 10.5 in dress shoes. With these, I had to order size 10. Size 10 fits great with room to spare to move my toes. The shoe feels like it has some width to spare, too. The shoe feel sturdy and looks great.

If you are someone who usually puts a lot of wear and tear on your boots, don't worry with Nunn Bush because my first pair lasted through two whole winters. These shoes are one of the safer investments you can make - all while being fairly priced and stylish! Thoughts These shoes held up well through two harsh Midwest winters. They stayed supportive and water resistant despite a ton of millage. You can wear these shoes almost anywhere (class, dinner, social event, etc.) and look and feel great. Nunn Bush offers a number of different colors and styles to fit your personal preference. You will not be disappointed with this brand (I'm on my second pair). One thing you should be aware of is that I order my boots a half size smaller than my sneakers. I seem to find chukka boots tend to run more on the bigger side, so you may want to play it safe when ordering any kind of chukka boots. I also ran into a frayed shoelace, after two full winters, which was a quick and easy fix. Being a proud owner of a second pair of Nunn Bush chukka boots, I urge you to give them a try. You may just find yourself your new favorite pair of shoes.

Teenage boy loved the gift. Especially since he appreciated the sale price. Beige color and style are very in. I ordered a half size down and normal width. Perfect for his slightly wide foot. He was thrilled with the color and the overall look. And thrilled that he can wear them carefully to keep them looking good but doesn’t have to treat them like solid gold lifetime treasures.

For the price point they are pretty good shoes.

Comfortable

Finally! I have a fairly wide foot and had to send 4 pairs of shoes back to Zappos before I found these. They fit perfectly! The super comfortable insole and soft leather (hardly any break in required) are the icing on the cake. My only complaint about these shoes are the laces they come with. After about a week of wearing them the laces started to come apart... not a huge deal. Seriously, if you need a pair of good looking and very comfy casual/dress shoes then look no further.

Nice looking, all-around, all-purpose casual-friday kinda boot. Good choice for moderate weather too. Comfort is the main selling point, though.

A really well made and nice looking chukka boot. Only issue was that were really HUGE on fit. I wear a size 11 in mens shoes and these fit like a size 12++. Consider ordering a siZe smaller than you normally would.

Overall, I like the shoes and think they are a good value. A bit tighter than I hoped but maybe they'll stretch out a bit.

Shoes are made big. Ordered 11 had to return and purchase 10.5 and it fit much much better.

These are like my sixth pair of these shoes! I sort of wear a uniform and these fit right into the overall look and feel. I prep these shoes before I wear them with a bit of suede water resistant spray to guard against the odd water/liquid spill. Also helps to have a suede brush handy. Have a shoe horn to make all the shoes last a bit longer. Ticks all the boxes for comfort, looks, and value. The only downside I can think of is I wish there were another set of shoe strings in the box as they always seem to wear out before the shoes do. Otherwise, a decent shoe to knock around in in a corporate casual and not-so corporate casual setting. An improved version of a classic.
