It is saying unreturnable despite not making any mention of this when I purchased. (I do not purchase shoes that are not returnable!) I reached out and have heard nothing in 2 weeks

This is a shoe I have LOVED for years as my go-to work shoe. Ive purchased 3 of these over the last 7 years. This last time I was extremely disappointed with the quality. The shoe just fell apart after the second wear. Im very disappointed - and now looking for a new go-to work shoe.

I bought these shoes two months ago, I loved the color and the shoe itself. I have recently started using them. At first, the shoes do bother your feet when you break them in. The size is true. I was surprised at the quality of the shoe, it wasnt great. After a few wears the shoes were easily worn. They scuff really easy. I own heels that have cost half the price and arent scuffed or worn out. I was disappointed considering the price point.

Surprisingly comfortable for the height of the heel. Looks very nice with dresses.

Ive purchased these in multiple colors and they are absolutely fabulous! They are so comfortable and even with wide, flat feet, I can wear them for long periods of time with ease. There arent too many places to get beautiful, high quality shoes in wide sizes and these do not disappoint.

These heels fit perfectly, were true to size & have more cushion at the ball of my foot than I would have expected! Im super happy with my purchase!

These heel sandals are the perfect, understated touch to nearly any outfit. The block heel makes walking in them super comfortable and the overall quality of this heel is top notch. If youre looking for a sophisticated chic pair of sandals to add as a staple, dont pass these up.

LOVE these heels! They're amazingly comfortable, I wore them for a wedding and was able to dance the night away in them without any discomfort. The material is very soft and that's the only reason I'm giving 4 stars. After wearing the heels for that single night, they ended up scratched and scrapped mainly from the front and part of the heel. So, a little bummed because they are pricey and now they look beat up after one wear.

Love these shoes! They are a high heel, but they are super comfy.

These are beautiful shoes with one exception - the right foot fits much tighter than the left foot. Theyre final sale otherwise Id exchange them for another pair. :(

I bought these to surprise my wife, I got them a half size to larger, but she loved the look and quality very much. I bought several pairs incase my style was off, but she loved them all. Again, all were a half size too large. When I went to return, I missed the return date by 1 day, however they were super awesome about it and let me return them anyways. My wife did keep this pair as she wore it out on our date regardless of the size issues.

After having a baby, I was sad to find my feet a little wider, but glad these were available. I ordered the Raspberry Velvet ones in an 8.5 Wide. I wore them around the house with no issues before wearing them for an event. Unfortunately, they were very painful on. The strap cut into my foot terribly as the day went on. I ended up taking them off and wearing the crocs I keep in my car. I think this is why this color is final sale. Theyre not wide at all, and because they are fabric and not leather, they wont stretch. Hoping it can be better once I lose the baby weight. S.E. Other wide width shoes have been great for me.

I had been eyeing these for a while! Saw them at Macy's, but my coupon never worked with them. Joined the Sam Edelman email and got 10% off these. They're classic, comfortable, and fit true to size. Big Sam Fan in general! Wearing these to a wedding I'm a bridesmaid in... and we are walking on grass!
