I ordered this shoe in the Nude Leather and when it arrived it looked like the leather was worn off in a few spots. I understand that will eventually happen with wear, but they were supposed to be new. (Strangely, this first pair also let out a loud puff of air every time I took a step with my left foot...) I called Zappos customer service and they exchanged them for a new pair, but the second pair arrived with spots of worn leather too! I'm hoping it's just an issue with the Nude Leather. I just got off the phone with Zappos customer service again, and will be ordering the Oatmeal Suede when my refund is processed in hopes for a better outcome! I have a small/narrow foot (typically a 4.5 or 5) and these shoes in a 4.5 M fit perfect. And kudos to Zappos customer service team for being so friendly and helpful!

Beauty hurts...but these are beautiful! I'd recommend getting pads for the front heel.

I'm a consistent size 8 and experienced heel-wearer; got these in an 8 and the Jute Glam Mesh (gold sparkly) fabric. They fit well, seemed pretty comfy, and I haven't had issues with rubbing at the heel/ankle strap like I have in other shoes. They feel nice and look nice on. However, the angle between heel and toe is too drastic to be comfortable for more than 2 hours. There's very little padding under the toe, and no toe platform to counterbalance the high heel. I bought these thinking they might be good for wedding shoes; I now only wear them for special occasions ex. dinners where I won't be standing or dancing the whole time. I put silicone pads under the ball/toe for extra cushioning, which helps some, but feet still get achy. I have pretty high arches, so perhaps these would be much more comfortable for someone with lower arches. They're very attractive and flattering, the material is great and they go with everything, but they are not good for all-night wear.

I have wider feet but typically don’t wear wide width. I decided to order wide width in this particular shoe and I’m so happy I did as it makes it so much more comfortable for me. The jute color is the perfect neutral and the shoe is sexy and goes perfectly with nearly everything! I’ll probably order more of this style in different colors, but very happy I got the jute neutral as my first.

Bought the black for versatility and these are great shoes; comfortable as far as 4 inch heels go. I wore them for about 7 hours straight. Feet were sore but no blisters!

Awesome shoes! Based on reviews, I ordered a 7W since I am consistently a 7.5 on normal shoes. I don't normally gets shoes in wide, but I do have slightly wider feet so I tried it out. It fits perfectly and is decently comfy! It took a few tries to get the ankle to feel comfy because the buckle rubbed in a weird way, but after some maneuvering it feels fine now. They are definitely tall heels, I wouldn't mind them being a half inch to even an inch shorter, but they look great so I'll still keep them and wear them out; they're way comfier than similar styles because of the chunky heel. I got them in the mesh black and it's a nice, subtle, sparkly texture. Would recommend for purchase if you're okay with taller heels!

I wanted to love these. And if I was still in my twenties, I would keep them... love the options for color / leather!! And the wide width fits- I am only slightly wide (so M is a little snug and W is usually too wide) these are perfect. I would have to save these for date night- I can't keep at this price. ??

I bought these shoes (in silver) for my daughter's wedding. I have a wider foot, so after reading other reviews, I bought my regular size in a wide width. Perfect! I wear high heels almost every day, so the height of these didn't bother me at all. They are super stylish & sassy. Now to find another event to wear them to... :)

Because I purchased a wide fit, I need a half size down. Overall it felt very comfortable and im going to order the correct size.

I love, love, love these shoes. The quality is amazing and they are even prettier in person. I appreciate that they came in wide width which was a bonus for me. Unfortunately I had to return them because the 4" heel was too high for me. Maybe 10 years ago, I could have suffered through the evening in that heel height.

This style is very comfortable, stylish AND easy to walk in. Love the chunky heel - especially for outdoor weddings!

beautiful shoe...sadly it didn't work for my foot. My foot is a 7.5 / 8 wide. very Fred Flinstone. I ordered the 8 w. The heel is very high and with a solid yet slim block heel. Not for a girl who only wears heels when absolutely necessary. if you can balance yourself wearing sky high heels,.. try these. Thankfully Zappos allows for free return shipping.

These shoes are so cute and fit like a glove! I was a bit worried about the size, as I am on vacation and needed these shoes for a wedding. I am typically a size 6 but sometimes a size 5.5. As fate had it, Zappos did not have this shoe in a 5.5, so my decision for a size 6 was a no-brainer. Luckily, Zappos pulled through with on-time delivery and a great product!

These are perfect; however, I do not normally order heels 4 inches high. After ordering four pair of shoes similar to this style, the only ones that worked were the Sam Edelman brand because they offer a wide option. For reference, my foot is not unusually wide. These worked great because I ordered the wide. So glad this option is offered in this brand!

Loved the shoe, but had to go half a size smaller than normal. Sam Edelman shoes are just so stylish. Bought these for a prom, she'll be able to walk and dance on them the whole evening.
