This is my second pair of Loraine loafers and I bought the same 7.5 as usual. I love the versatility of this shoe and how elegant and slimming it is for regular feet. I wore the first pair to death and was able to often walk miles at a time in them.
When shoes run narrow I'll sometimes size up but not needed. The first wear is a bit tight to get on FYI but it allows for a more comfortable fit long term after a few hours. After a few months or a lot of walking the shoes stretch a bit and sizing up would have made them less comfortable as they would have slipped.

I have tried a lot of loafers, and these are the most comfortable with no break in time. I have these loafers in brown and black. They run a bit big. I am normally a 9 but sized down to an 8.5. I will likely buy these in additional colors.

The Sam Edelman Loraine Loafer is a classic looking shoe that is very comfortable. It has soft leather and stays on my heal very well. I have a hard time usually with slip on shoes. I run between an 8-8.5 and the size 8 was good for me.

They are narrower fit, but beautiful. The leather is soft and they had no "break-in" period for me, they fit comfortably, even if a little tight initially.

My wife wore these as a change of shoes on our wedding day. She normally wears Nikes in a 7.5, but these fit her slightly wider foot best in a 7. She says they're very comfortable and they look great!

My first time wearing these, I was ready for blisters that come with breaking in new shoes. To my delight, there were none! They are so comfortable and can be work without socks or with those light, sheer socks. I bought these for work and they go great with jeans and a blazer or dress pants.

Love these shoes! The color is gorgeous and the leather is really soft. I originally bought a 9.5 but exchanged for the 9 because they seem like they will stretch a bit. Typically I wear a 9/9.5.
