Cute shoes but fit is very inconsistent. With the elastic some are wonderful, others are very loose or too short.

I always buy the same model. Probably purchased it 10 times. But the last one was a bad quality. It started to fall apart in front. I wore it just a few times. This model is very comfortable. Size is great for me. 9.5. But I was tricked last time. Probably the technology was messed up last time.

Great fit, cute shoe but not good quality. I've worn them a grand total of 3 times and already showing a lot of wear. I've got another pair in a faux suede that I've had for years and still look great but it looks like these will barely last a season. Extremely disappointing for this price point. For the cost, you should expect higher quality. Have always liked this brand but probably time to look elsewhere.

I recently purchased the leopard print flats and I'm sad to say I am extremely disappointed. They were killing my heels by the end of the day. I have two old pairs from a few years ago and they were the most comfortable flats I've ever owned liking walking on a cloud. Not these though. Maybe it's because it's a speciality print but still way too expensive to be unwearable.

They aren't as comfortable as they used to be. Hoping you go back to making them the original way.

Very pretty shoe. These are more comfortable than the stiff leather felicia.but the back cuts into the back of my ankle so bad. It's as if they made it too low. I had to take them off at work. It's strange because the purple velvet felt fine. Maybe I received a bad batch

I like the shoes but returned them because size on box was right but on shoe it said another size. Too small. Hope you will credit my account promptly.

Frankly, I'm disappointed. I have several older pairs of the Felicia and love them but now that there is elastic in the heel in the newer versions, they are uncomfortable. I initially hesitated in purchasing but decided to give them a try. The elastic cuts into my heel and pushes my foot forward. Hopefully, the elastic will relax over time.

I found the sides of the shoe to look and feel too thin and cheaply made so I sent them back. Sad because it's a nice looking shoe and I like the velvet look.

I have many pairs of the Felicia and they are all insanely comfy. This pair is not. It is stiff and the leather feels low quality. My feet were bleeding after one day.

I bought these 6 months ago and they aged terribly. When I first used them for a week, they already started to fall apart. Now I feel that I have to buy a new pair, I refuse to buy any other brand because I cannot find a simple style and toe comfort like this one. The sole on my left foot keeps coming out when removing my feet, the green foam on the bottom keeps shedding all over the place inside my shoe, I just glued them down. The leather is soooo thin and fragile and a tiny trip will skin the shoe. I also glued the loose broken skin back down. I tried to find everywhere on how to care for these shoes and if there are any protectant sprays out there but everything is for the harder leathers not for the thin delicate leather these shoes have. The bottom of the shoes already have a gap, which again, I glued back down. I wait long to make reviews because I will use the shoe for long term, the comfort was there but now after wearing for a while, the foam has flattened out and the comfort is no longer there. I wouldn't recommend them really. Quality sucks and honestly I don't know what else to do. I really like sam edelman for their quality and comfort in their shoes but these have failed me greatly. I have to maintain these shoes so much its ridiculous.

Runs small compared to every other Felicia I own!! Unfortunately cannot return due to final sale!! Now I'm stuck!! Wish someone had posted a review letting me know the sizing issue!!

I have the Felicia Ballet Flat in salmon suede, black leather and gold. All the same size (7 1/2). The shoe I ordered is the black suede, also a size 7 1/2 and it was TINY TINY. Runs really really small.

Cute but not comfortable for someone with skinny feet. Perhaps if they come be higher on the front it would make them more comfortable. I have them in my size 6.5 and bought another pair in size 7 hoping they would fit better but it is still the same. They went back.

I received the shoes on November 28th, the sole is coming apart

This is the first pair of Sam Edelman shoes I purchased that are terribly uncomfortable.

I got a pair with deficits. I'm so disappointed. I expected quality shoe from Sam Edelman. What a let down.

I love the Felicia Ballet Flat & own it in several colors. But, this one did not fit. It was too large I'm not sure why since it's the size I always get. So, I had to return it :-((

I love these shoes and i have several pairs but the black knit is extremely painful. They dig into the back of my heel and the fabric around the top of the shoe is very rough. The leather, suede, velvet, and calf hair styles are so comfortable they do not dig into the heel. I would not recommend the knit styles at all.

Sam Edelman flats have been my go shoes for years; however the Felicia ballet flats look and feel cheap. I returned the shoes.

these are too small and tight and I received the size that i typically wear. They are not great quality and are cheaply made. there is very little support in the shoe and I would not purchase these shoes. the shoes also have very little support in the sole of the shoe.

I never leave bad reviews, but I'm disappointed. I bought these brown leather flats thinking I was going to get a good-quality shoe that lasted for a while. But after a few short months the brown is all wearing off and they have huge spots in the color. I wear these only to my office job and a few other places. Very little walking and I take excellent care of them. Would not recommend.

I bought the classic nude color about 1 month ago. I am very upset about it for a reason - see the photo. In summary, the silver metal parts at the end of the bow tie as well as the "SE" symbol are making UGLY black marks on the nude leather. After just a few time wearing the shoes, I find it extremely unpleasant looking. The Felicia flats are very comfortable (I own several other colors like black and navy blue), but this nude color is disappointing because whatever is on the metal is transferring to the leather just from normal wear, and I cannot remove the transferred marks with leather cleaner. Now they just look old and worn.

I bought these shoes last fall, and I am very disappointed with the quality of the product. I am someone who takes a lot of time to make sure my shoes are well cared for and polish/spray with weather protection solution regularly to make sure they last, however, despite making sure they receive regular care and attention these shoes look terrible. The black colour has worn into an ugly green/blue colour around the toes and one of the toes has a scuff mark where the leather has almost torn a bit... I am not a heavy walker and have not worn the shoes while doing any sort of activity that would warrant them looking so rough. My last pair of black flats lasted me close to ten years, and I thought this pair would serve as another great staple pair in my shoe collection, but instead I'm not even sure if they'll last me through this fall (I already can't wear them to anything where I need to look professional and put together).
