Workmanship excellent as was the material ( fabric) used and true to color . Accessibility with ease of opening, will planned and thought out in design. Departments are a good size, strategically planned to help you keep organized. Customer service was the best ever, intelligent and polite... the best company I have delt with.

The product is very well made and is exactly as advertised on the website. Lots of space for books, laptop, and has compartments for smaller things. It feels very sturdy and will last a long time!

Bought this for my son for college. He loves it although a bit tight for the slightly larger than 15" laptop. Study and well made. The graphite gray has a great pattern in the fabric- not sure if the other colors do as well.

I needed a new backpack for my first year of college so obviously I checked north face because they always have quality backpacks. This backpack is perfect for school because of all the different compartments and space for books!

My laptop fits perfectly and I can't even feel the bulkiness like I do with other backpacks. Even with text books in making heavy, the weight is distributed so it feels comfortable. There are a lot of places to put things to keep your stuff organized too. Love it!

I ordered this backpack for school and absolutely love it, at first I was skeptical about purchasing it but, ten i spoke to friend who was telling me she's had hers eight years and in the time the only thing that went wrong was the zipper breaking, she sent it in and got it fixed free of charge apparently. Every time i wear this i get compliments, definitely sturdy and worth the purchase.

I bought this backpack both as a daypack for an upcoming backpacking trip in Shenandoah National Park, and as a college backpack. It has already proven to be the perfect purchase. It served as a lightweight yet extremely functional and capable pack for hiking the Shenandoah trails. Additionally, the fleece lined sleeves are perfect for carrying my laptop around campus. It is extremely versatile, as I can go from carrying heavy camping gear to notebooks and textbooks. I don't think I'll need to get a new backpack for a very long time!

This product can fit a ton of stuff. It's strong and sturdy while also being comfortable. You can tell that North Face uses the best materials and puts it together well. The pack feels study while also being soft and comfortable. The color on the website looked pink. When it was delivered what was supposed to be pink looks much re purple.

I bought this for my daughter to use for high school. It is perfect! Large enough to put a laptop computer in it along with all of her notebooks and folders. And love the way it looks and is very sturdy.

My house got robbed and the thief used my old north face backpack to carry more items. He probably got away with 50% more stuff than he expected because that backpack was super durable and had a lot of room in it. After I got robbed, I quickly realized I Needed a new one, so I bought this one. It does the job quite well. Thanks north face

I bought this backpack for college and it's one of the best backpacks I've ever used! It stores all my textbooks, notebooks, and MacBook. Very comfortable for all builds of women (since I have a larger upper body) and lightweight.

As an incoming law student this fall, I was shopping around for something that would be sturdy and and durable enough to carry all of my books, binders, and laptop. I am confident this backpack will get me through until graduation. It's the perfect size for a college, grad, or professional student and has a ton of compartments for pens, pencils, etc. The inside lining is soft and the colors are true to photo. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great backpack.

I have only used this back pack for the past week and not yet put it to all the tests I look forward to but...I love the number of separate spaces for the various things I like to find easily, due to easy access. The size gets smaller depending on how it's packed, which is great for those flights when baggage is measured closely. I walk and bike with it in comfort but have not taken it to the dessert. Love the adjustments to fit me. Lighter than a suit case, which is handyand saves money on those super low weight flights.

This product is great! exactly same to picture and has so much space! Very durable and great for college use as well.

I am a backpack lover and i have tried backpacks from all different companies and they have all broke. This NorthFace backpack has held up when i was hiking and i was just tossing it around. It is a great backpack for everyday use and amazing for hiking and cycling. I highly recommend buying the Borealis.

Perfect bag for med school.

I went up to the mountains a couple days after I got it and never had a problem with it bouncing around while I was walking or not carrying enough of my stuff. Always stayed comfortably snug against my back.
