These shoes are not made well and as a result they do not fit well, at least on my feet, which are a true size 7, high arch and medium width. These shoes have a zipper in the back for reasons that really make no sense, as they also have a strap to secure the fit and elastic within one of the straps that would make getting in and out of the shoe easier. They have good arch support and are comfortable-- until I tried to walk around in them and then they felt like they would fall off as the heel was not secured. Really weird. The box was damaged upon receipt likely d/t the exterior packaging which was the plastic bags Zappos has switched to which really don't work well in all cases for shoe boxes, in my humble opinion! Zappos is always great about returns, so am returning.

I loved these shoes - until I had to walk in them more than 2 or 3 blocks. There's a raised Rockport logo on the heel, which ended up giving me a blister. :(

Straps were way too wide and not adjustable.

Unfortunately for me this shoe was a dud!! I was super bummed because the reviews were so good. I found this shoe looked great but did not feel great. The ankle is strange, it feels as if your ankle is turning out. The toe is strange toe, your toes just sort of lay there feeling very flat, not very much support on that part of the shoe. If you need a good strong support I would see this is not the shoe for you.
