Loved the style and the fit overall was decent (I ordered an 8.5 Wide) but where the arch of my foot & the arch of the shoe met was not comfortable. I plan to wear these while teaching so I'm standing nearly 5-6 (sometimes more) hours straight & don't want to risk these not being comfortable most of that time so I'm sending them back.

These shoes feel great on. A bit high for me, but that's because of a knee issue. The good think is that these do give me a comfortable option for a heel that I can actually wear.

These shoes were comfy right out of the box. Unfortunately, I have to return to get a smaller size. I usually wear a 6.5 but I’m these I think I need a 6.

Softer than I expected and delightfully lightweight.

They fit lengthwise, but the straps were too loose. Boo hoo

These are super cute. One small complaint is that the zippers "clink" when I walk. Not a deal breaker for me, but I can see it bothering some people.

The third strap on these - the first one not adjustable was to tight on me, so these go back.

I normally wear an 8W but these were loose in that size and I’m not sure if it’s the width or if I need to go to a 7 1/2, and I’m not sure I’ll order new sizes because I liked another pair I ordered. I would order a size down and if you’re normally wide width, order one wide and one medium in the same size.

These are very comfy shoes and I would have kept them, but the heel was just about 1/2 inch too high for me. I have trouble with my left ankle and this set off a painful twinge that lasted through the next day. Reluctantly I have to send back.

Very comfortable shoe, except for the back, which rubbed against my heel too much.

I loved how this shoe fit - I thought it was a very attractive shoe, true to size, and I so very much wanted to keep them - but I couldn't get past the annoying little noise the zipper made with EVERY single step :( Maybe once you're outside you wouldn't hear it, but just walking around the house - it was rather loud and annoying. So - I'll keep looking.

These sandals are amazing. Their is a slight flaw in the leather on near the toe on the right foot which is slightly noticeable. I was a little disappointed due to that but not enough to return them. Otherwise they are cute and comfortable.

The shoe was very comfortable and looked nice. It was difficult to take on and off. I was unable to simply slide my foot in via the zipper opening; had to adjust the ankle strap as well. Returning for that reason.

I bought these in black and it was love immediately! The footbed is cushy and the inside material is soft, so no rubbing. The heel is just right, adds some height but not so much that comfort is sacrificed. I am easily irritated by blisters but these feel more like slippers! So I bought a pair in white. Immediately, I didn’t love the look in white as well as the black, maybe a bit clunkier-seeming, but with the comfort it would be worth it......but for some reason the white pair was rougher on the inside so that the straps and heel area rubbed my feet as soon as I walked in them. I’m not sure why. They’ll have to go back. Confused, and disappointed. Had to remove a star, though the blacks would have rated 5 stars.

the shoe looks great in the picture but I've had these for a while now and they feel a little dowdy. It makes my already big feet look bigger which is a huge pet peeve. I feel like it looks sloppy on me but wow, are they comfortable! I stopped wearing these to work and now only wear them on the weekends. I didn't get many compliments on these shoes but if you're looking for comfort, I highly recommend!

Way too narrow, could barely zip the up and the footbed stuck-out at least 3/4" in front of my foot ??? They look nice but not good for a high instep. I'm.an 11W in most brands.

I so wanted these to work because they are so adorable!! Unfortunately, the 9W (my normal size) was great in the width but a little too long and too big in the heel. My foot wanted to roll to the inside. The 8.5W was great in the length but just too tight everywhere else and I couldn't risk them not stretching. I hated to send them back. The footbed was so comfortable, the leather was so soft and the shoe looked so cute. Sigh...

This shoe looked much better online than on my foot. Rockport usually does great classic designs but this one just felt stodgy.

I really wanted to love these. Are they comfortable? Absolutely. The style, I just couldn't do it. The leather just looks cheap, it's not of course, but looks it. If they could have just added a bit of stitching or design it would have made all the difference. I walked around in my house all day with them and the comfort was great but looking at my feet looked like a bought a pair of shoes from Payless. :(

Ok so this is not my favorite style in the world tho better looking in person than expected. I got them in the light tan color, which is nice. Not a fan of the zipper back but they are INSANELY comfortable, even for my wide feet!! That all being said, I think I'm going to return them. Sounds dumb but I cannot take the constant click click of the zipper hitting the shoe with each step, nor do I want people staring at me in a quiet office. That is a real bummer. IMO they're otherwise pretty darn close to perfect.
