These Birkenstocks are great! I got the gray in a 38. The arches are a little high for my foot and the straps seem to be stretching out quickly and I am on the tightest set. Some others have said that the narrow is too narrow, but I don't notice the difference. The white soles are really cute and the gray goes with everything! Overall I am happy with these shoes and hope to wear them for a long time!

Zappos, PLEASE convince Birkenstock to make these cute shoes in their REGULAR width. I can get into the narrow width, but the sole is not as comfortable as the regular width. I have a normal B width foot, but this shoe rubs me on the sides. And the straps barely close on the last hole. Those of us who are used to the width of regular Birkenstocks want to wear the cute ones, too!

I usually buy a wide size of Birkenstock but wanted to try these. The narrow soft bed fit just fine. The pink is less "peachy" than I thought it might be in person--more of a dusty rose. The copper-tone buckles are a nice touch.

Ordered these but sized up since I normally get wide (regular) birks.

I wanted to update my Birkenstock look; I have a pair of olive Gizeh’s that are about 10 years old. The pale gray with the white sole is a more current look. However, this style can end up looking like the “shoe-boot” you wear after foot surgery, so pair it with a funky outfit to avoid that! The first time I wore them, they rubbed the top of my foot raw. Even though they are a soft suede, the texture was irritating to my foot. I had to wear a band-aide and loosen the strap to make them comfortable. I hope that they suede will smooth out over time.

I was in between sizes and chose the larger. Now that they are broken in I wish I had chosen the smaller. Still a nice shoe I just find myself struggling to keep them on when walking for long periods.

I don't like the white base of the sandal. I prefer a monotone shade. I may send them back unworn. Still thinking about it.

Love the color but the narrow width unfortunately did not work for me. I have very neutral feet, so the statement that it fits normal width feet does not apply to me! Be careful when ordering online if you are unsure.

I don't know if I like this shoe because Zappos sent me the wrong item and then wouldn't overnight me the correct order. I bought these online because I was leaving for a trip, needed comfortable shoes and didn't have time to buy them in a store. Everyone can overnight and the OLD Zappos would get you shoes in less than 24 hours sometimes. The NEW Zappos takes longer and is less than efficient......

Echoing the rest of these disappointed Birkenstock customers.... Came on for a new spring color of my beloved Soft Footbed Arizona and no Regular widths available! Isn't the regular width the majority of your Birk customers? Sale lost. :(
