Work in a variety of environments. Standing on concrete, walking through tall & wet grass, dirt, mud etc. Most leather shoes I wear the leather cracks before the sole wears flat. These have held up well to the elements. They started to crack a bit and separate from the soles just a little. I soaked them and sprayed them with Nikwax water proofing for leather and it seems to have helped keep them from getting worse. The soles have kept my feet happy. I like the wide toe box. Doesn't crush my small toes or force in my big toes. Not sure if I'll buy another pair of these or go back to Redwing when these give out. I saw that Redwing has a wide toe box boot now. Might be worth checking out.

I have worn these boots for 3 months for work. I work maintenance in a warehouse and average 8-10 miles a shift. Unfortunately I am disappointed at the price I paid for these to not even make it half a year before starting to fall apart (sole is peeling apart and starting to rip on the sides). Besides the less than satisfactory durability they are really comfortable and light boots. These are the 2nd pair of Keen work boots that I've had fall apart in less than a year so needless to say they will be my last pair by them.

I have heard nothing but positive comments from my husband about his new boots.

Ive had these boots 25 days,( recieved 3.27.19 today is 4.20.19) bought them for work. Im a construction worker work 5 days a week 8hrs on a jobsite . Im a little disappointed for the cost of these boots i thought they would have a more durable sole, the soles have already riped (see pictures) Hopefully it doesnt compromise the waterproof ability. Other that the that these boots have taken about a month to break in ,they are pretty lightweight with the composite toe, there has been a little discomfort on the inside arch of foot of the right boot like a stiff piece of leather but slowly began to get more comfortable with break in period. I originally purchased a 1/2 size larger than i normally wear . Heard they ran small but i ended up buying another in my usual size and they fit good . Was very pleased with zappos.com website they sent out new boots quickly as promised. Overall seems like a good boot except for my issue with the sole , anyone reccomend a good glue to fix ?

Comfortable feel even working 10-12 hours a day wearing them. Size fits me well and arch support is good.

I am on my fifth pair of these shoes in 10 years of HVAC service. They're incredibly lightweight and waterproof compared to most steel toes. These are all I will wear now.

Good fit, functional in the field. No complaints.

Really comfortable work boot. Little to no break-in period.

A bit stiff to start but after and hour in the house they felt like an old friend. I walk 5 to 8 miles each day at work and these are ready to go!

Nice shoes. Have them since 201. Best shoes if you walk more then 7 ml a day.

The right carbon toe's right side was angled funny so that it pinched into my foot. Otherwise they fit great. My left foot had no issues.

The shoes were good and sturdy. Eventually became a little more comfortable after working them in for a month and adding new insoles. But they were too heavy, sturdy, for what I require working in a warehouse environment. Needed something lighter for indoor, 12 hour shifts.

Boots fit fine, after i put my arches in them felt real good. 10 hours a day on concrete floors you need something that is going to be comfortable.

Fit was pretty good. I did not won't to wear 2 lb. (each) boots during a 12 hour shift when there were lighter option around half the wait. They were fairly comfortable bit just too heavy, (safe) for what I need just a normal work week.

These run a little big compared to other Keen work shoes I've owned. Part of the sole on one boot was not fully glued in place. Had to return them.

The fit was good, but the boot wasn't as comfortable as the others than I ordered. It was a bit too stiff feeling for me. Sending these back.

Is smaller in the toe box than Keen's normally are. Keen specialized in wide toe boxes as 1/3 of men and 2/3 of women have wider toe regions than heels. Where as 2/3 of men and 1/3 of women have "straight feet." I still recommend Keen safety toe shoes over other brands for those people that have wider toes but this is boot is not fully in harmony with the 4 other non-safety toe Keens I own.

The shoes are heavier than I thought they would be. The flap on the left boot digs into the top part of my left foot. I don't know how to rectify this. My new job with Amazon Air does not start until March 4th. The boots are beautiful to look at.

Once it gets soaked. the polyurethane breaks down and smells like a chemical smelling cat piss. I don't have a cat, and it took a while to figure out, but turns out that's a thing with some makes of shoes. If I had dried them on a shoe dryer it likely wouldn't have happened, but it did, and it made the shoes unwearable.

uncomfortable on ankles

Admittedly, I have very sensitive feet and have custom insoles, so I was looking for really comfortable boots to wear at Amazon Air. Unfortunately, these boots have a toe (including the knuckles) area that is not designed for feet like mine. Walking in them for 10 seconds told me I'd come home with blisters. In addition, the insoles provide very little cushioning, although they are easy to remove. Visually, the boots are more appealing to look at than a lot of other options, but I don't wear them for appearances. They appear to be sturdy and designed well. The raised eyelets make it easy to adjust the fit, and the top two hooks make it easy to lace up above the ankle. Between the lace loops below the hooks, and the loop on the tongue, keeping the tongue in place is easy. The KEEN.Dry vents placed above the ankles have 13 holes in them and the thin leather (?) is backed with mesh, and it feels like there's foam rubber in there, making this the only truly comfortable feature on the boots. I am fairly certain that parts of the upper are leather, but other parts are something else. One unique extra is that the paper wrapped around the boots in the box show schematics of the boots with info, including designer names. Oddly, the size listed for the schematics is for US 9. The box came in an shipping box for protection.

Completely wrong item and completely wrong size. Disappointing. I haven’t had this kind of service from Zappos in the past.
