I use this every day. I had a stroke about 3 years ago, my daughter gave me hers that I bought for her, for college about 14 years ago. It's still in great shape so, I finally bought my own. They are the best. They last for years, you get your money worth.

I purchased this bag prior to a trip to Norway wanting a smaller, yet sufficiently sized bag for personal Items, a mirror less camera, and extra lens. It was perfect. I was even able to include a light starter jacket as well. The bag is well constructed, utilizes rugged recycled materials, and when needed provided weather protection. And the bag has a cool look about it.

Bought this to replace my beloved and well traveled previous Timbuk2 Messenger bag. It served me well with daily use for the past 10 years, the replacement did not disappoint. Their have been some slight design changes since my last purchase, I appreciate the additional padding in the strap, and second key pocket. Here's to another 10 years of use!

Very well made bag. I did have a tailor shorten the shoulder strap, remove the reflectors and shorten the closing straps. I do think the shoulder strap material is too like a seat belt and a bit more slippery than I would like. That said I would buy a Timbuk2 bag again.

I purchased this to manage all the items I need to take with me with I know I'm going to be gone all day. In other words, it is my "man purse". The size is just right and like all the products purchased from Timbuk2, it's extremely well made.

A beautiful bag for a beautiful price. I can't stop receiving compliments. It's utility is incredible. Weather I am on a bike or subway, dressed formally or not, I am positively noticed. Select the larger bags with vibrant color combinations.

I bought a gunmetal L sized bag. I run on my lunch hour. I needed a bag that can accommodate A pair of size 10.5 running shoes Shorts Tshirt Sweater Windbreaker Tights One litre Nalgene bottle Work phone Personal phone and charger Notebook 16" MacBook Pro It carries all of this with room to spare. Moreover, the bag is comfortable when loaded. The bag exceeded my expectations.

Perfect for a laptop and other supplies. I wanted a bag that wouldn't be too oversized and still offer comfort and plenty of storage space. Timbuk2 has been my go to for years and this product didn't disappoint again.

I use my Timbuk2 bags as purses with options. The new one is great because of the softer strap which doesn't dig into my neck. I found that I don't need the protective strap cover with this new one, but I can use it on my older Timbuk2 bags which do have that stiff strap. Also, cross-body bags are not just for young messengers! They are great for older ladies!!

I'm happy with the purchase. It holds my things when I walk. It's a bag.

I've been lusting after this bag for years! Its size, style, utility and durability do NOT disappoint. I am a medical provider and haul my work and non-work things back and forth to the office everyday but this bag is also perfect for travel. And the honey color is so happy!

I use this bag for my commute to work that involves a short drive and a short walk, but several items that are too much too carry. Was looking for something slightly rugged and cool looking and that would have sufficient storage space + look stylish. This bag checked all the boxes and I expect to be using it for years! Really pleased with this purchase as well as the sizing and color options. Only suggestion is that the two bottle/etc. end pockets inside are quite small so it's tough to fit any kind of drink in those while commuting. Maybe they could be slightly enlarged with future models? Thanks!

This is a gift for my son who is a doctor. He had purchased a gray one years ago and has carried it all through school. I washed it for him and the inside lining peeled off. He is still carrying it. I'm sure he will be thrilled to get a new one.

I love this bag, it holds exactly what I need for everyday. My only complaint was the strap, I tried sliding and making it shorter but nothing stayed in place. Finally I went to a shoemaker who cut the strap and sewed it together. I had to pay for this but the straps were very annoying and would not flatten out or stay in place.

Exactly the size i was looking for. Great quality of material.. This is my second. the other is for daily use for work. This one is for travel.

I bought my Timbuk2 at Powells bookstore in Portland back in 2017. It's now 2024 and I have literally used this bag everyday since. It's still going strong too, no signs of needing to be replaced anytime soon (although I am thinking of ordering one with custom colors). My point ultimately is that this bag is not only timeless, but it literally stands the test of time. I also like how low key the bag is, not everyone has it, which I appreciate.

I have just purchased a new classic bag this year, replacing my "old" bag of 24 years. Holes, duct tape, and a chewed strap( a mischievous puppy )! It was on my side for countless adventures and bicycle commutes over the years. From the grocery store to Tofino B.C. and all points in between the bag never let me down. Camping, fishing, cycling, commuting, shopping, over nights and even a few party's thrown in the mix. Best messenger bag EVER

Ok, full confession, this is my 6th messenger bag. I have many different sizes and colours. When I got the latest version I wasn't sure I liked the new strap. It's thicker, more padded, it has metal bits that clink when not under weight... ...but after a couple weeks of lugging around my laptop (and sometimes two laptops) with it, I see the benefit. It is amazing how much difference a little bit extra strap can make. So comfortable!
