I was hoping to have found the perfect comfortable sandal for the coming summer in these Aetrex sandals, but it was not to be. They look good on but are not very flexible. They kind of feel like planks for me. The arch did not meet my arch well and added to the discomfort, so they are going back. sigh. I love Zapppos and will find the right shoe here, I'm sure. My many pairs of shoes are testimony to that!

What a great brand. Nice arch support and cushion. I have a wide foot and this sandal mostly fit the width of my foot, so I'd say it runs a bit wider than marked. Unfortunately, the strap across the toe area cut into the outside of my foot. Otherwise, it's a very nice sandal.

Nice comfortable footbed with good arch support. I normally wear a 7.5 - 8 and ordered size 38. They are a little long on me but the 37 would probably be too short. The fit isn't perfect (i run into this with European sizing) but I'm keeping them. There is no velcro, only the one buckle on the side, so the fit isn't adjustable. Leather straps are soft. I've worn them a few times and they've been comfortable. I think they are nicer looking than a Birkenstock.

I like the look of the sandal but it just doesn't fit my foot. My feet kept sliding with each step I took and there was no way to tighten the lower foot part.

The footbed isn't long enough for a true size 11, it's closer to a 10.5. The straps don't feel as though you are secure in the shoe. They're going back.

I so wanted these to work because they are comfy and cute and plenty wide for my wide feet, but sadly they are just too big. I ordered the 35, which is a size I wear in other brands. If I position my heel all the way to the back, a full inch of space is in front of my toes. They are more like a 36. Unfortunately, they don't make a smaller size.

Wanted to like these but strap and buckle were in awkward position and hit my ankle wrong...

The footbed on this shoe is so comfortable and supportative. However, the back strap wanted to slip when I walked. Zappos is wonderful to shop with. Sorry I had to return these.

I like the arch support on these but they were much too narrow for my wide foot. My toes felt very squished. The style is not terrible and if the shoe had fit, I probably would have kept it. It kind of looks like an ortho sandal. It had some decent cushioning.

Returning. Back strap is flimsy and not adjustable.
