this product is great

Keeps my boots looking nice for about a year. I love that it makes water bead up and roll off. I wish it would work during like a rain fall. A great product for sure.

Very comfy.

The smallest size is way to big for 1 pair of boots. I've been spraying on everything I can think of...... Gloves, jackets, my dog........

First, I must complain about the thoughtless use of resources in the packaging. This little bottle came in a very large box. Please have some sort of environmental training at your company, to minimize this kind of waste. As for the suede protector, it looks like and has the consistency of water, no smell, which makes me very curious as to what's in it! I'll just have to take UGG's word that it is protecting my boots.

I think the product would work better if you had the whole gift set just alone i don't think it was enough protectant...

I never write reviews. My fiance purchased these boots last month as a gift. Only worn twice. To begin with...the pair are irregular and it had a stain on them as if they had been already worn. But I overlooked that because they are cute. Wore once felt ok. The 2bd time I wore these boots.... omg it scraped my skin off the back of my leg. I wish I could upload the picture. These boots are super cute but comfort level is horrible.

I Use it on my uggs

I sprayed two pairs of new ugg mocasins. As far as I have experienced, it works but afterwhile wears away and is not strong. I recommend applying it multiple times.

I like the way this product works on my many pairs of UGG boots. However, the spray bottle stopped working while I was using it. This is the second one I have purchased and it happened to both of them. I will probably not purchase this product again unless they change the bottle sprayer.

It may be due to the timing of when I applied this or the fact that I was in a downpour, but I didn't find this to be very effective. I might try it again but would rather have the boots come with this pre-applied.

I followed directions on how to use and it didn't seem to have done much if anything for my child boots

I sprayed this product on my new light gray uggs a week ago, and I got a tiny stain on my uggs now. It is supposed to help prevent stains with rain snow dirt and stains but yet not even a week into wearing them and there is a circled dirt stain on them. Very disappointed.

I used it only few times. After 2 or 3 times later, spray was broken and didn't work properly. It wasn't sprayed at all unless I pressed it hard. The last time I used, it came out a lot and left water mark on my boots. I threw it away after that, very disappointed.

After first wear it Does not do much but make the boot crispy.

Everything was in good condition, other than the fact that the actually nozzle that the spray distributes out of was missing. Making me unable to spray my shoes at all?? I'm having to buy another spray bottle to pour the protectant into in order to use it.

Bought this spray from the UGG website to protect my new boots. Didn't know until it arrived that you have to also use a suede brush after application. Would have been REALLY helpful to know that when I was ordering the spray since I don't have a suede brush and have not been able to find one at any local places. Didn't see that information anywhere on the site. Now have to go back and order the brush from UGG as well. They would be smart to sell them together since you apparently can't use one without the other. No idea if the spray works because I haven't been able to use it!

I sprayed the shoes, waited around 30 hours and a little drop of water managed to stain the shoes.

I made sure to read the instructions thoroughly before using, and let it dry after I sprayed it. However, after walking around in LIGHT rain, I found that there were water marks on my brand new ultra mini uggs! How disappointing. Will not be buying again.

Bought my daughter her boots and protectant. I applied the Ugg Protector according to the instructions. First time worn. Unknown stain that has "ruined" her Uggs. She stated she will never wear them again. Almost $200 down the drain.

I got this cleaner kit and all the goodies. My boots were almost a yr but gently worn. Thought I'd give them a clean and refresh. The cleaner left a sort of shadowing in the suede and actually sort of softened it. I followed instructions to the letter, also did the weather proofing. So, I'm not sure which on of the products did my boots in,I just know I won't use them again and I surely wouldn't recommend to a friend..

I used this to spray my new boots. The second time I tried to use it the pump wouldn't work. So now I have a costly bottle of spray that I can't use. Super dumb.

The chemical Sodium Laurel Sulfate is in the UGG cleaner and conditioner. That chemical should be explained to the public - SLS is a "moderate hazard" that has been linked to cancer, neurotoxicity, organ toxicity, skin irritation and endocrine disruption. Please explain what is in the Protector as well? It says "Proprietary resin" That is not enough information
