my uggs had a little stain and I purchased this and now they're crunchy and all dis-colored! this was my fourth pair of uggs, so clearly im a fan, and this product RUINED my slippers. I am very disappointed and upset. Don't buy this! Just take your uggs to a professional cleaner. my uggs are discolored and hard to the touch, instead of the soft shearling. im so upset. genuinely.

I used this product to try and get a stain out of my uggs but it did not work. It actually made the stain worse.

I used this product 5 times following the instructions on UGG's website, but I couldn't get stains out of my boots at all. I'm very disappointed.
