Works alright! Quick shipping. My dog loves to lay on shoes for some reason and drooled all over my Ugg boots and that drool ended up drying on them. This kit helped "revive" them! Did I mention it also came with TWO kits inside, when I only ordered one! Don't know if that's a normal thing or if they just made some type of mistake, but either way, will buy again in the future!(:

I like the care kit, still unsure if the shoe spray is as effective as refresher balls, but love the suede leather care items.

I have given this product 4 stars because I had received this product so I can clean my ugg boots from home without relaying on a place to clean it for me but when I opened up the packaging it was no cleaner and conditioner inside, it was double of the same bottle so I don't have the full kit. but other than that it came in good condition and the packaging was nice.

The Ugg care kit really protects and cleans my boots. I'll keep this product on hand

This kit has everything you need to clean, condition & protect your Ugg's. The protector is a must have. The cleaner does work, spot clean & don't use too much.

It works good to protect against stains.

Had a stain on my new Ugg's. This product was useful but not great. It sucks that the sponge doesn't comes with the kit.

Great for keeping my boots clean & free from dirt and spills.

I used my Ugg points to order this kit. I followed the directions on weather proofing my boots, and I'm convinced that it has saved my boots. I've worn them in the rain, and there are no spots or discoloration whatsoever. I've also used the soft brush to keep them looking smooth. I haven't used the cleaning spray yet because there hasn't been a need. Also, I haven't needed to use the freshening spray. I've been wearing my boots without socks (like is recommended) and haven't experienced an issue with the lining developing a smell. They're still just as pristine on the inside (except for now being contoured to my feet) as the day they arrived.

I used the protector all over the outside of my boots to minimize rain or stain damage. I like the cleanser for getting stains off. The eraser helps get rid of scuffs, and the brush helps get the suede look more uniform afterwards. The kit is a little spendy, but it is worth it to keep boots looking attractive.

The kit is nice and although I haven't used it yet I would expect a wholesome experience from this brand.

It got rid of most stains and dirt but my boots had splattered stains on them which I was hoping would come off with this and they didn't. Also, the color kinda faded...the instructions do say to be careful with that but honestly I feel like I was being gentle and it still faded a bit. Maybe just be extra careful.

This care kit has everything you'll need to care for your Ugg products. The cleaner, conditioner, protectant, scuff eraser & brush work well. The bottles are small but a little goes a long way. Do not to over saturate.

I will be using this product to take care of my boots. my only suggestion is that the packaging could have been better. the care box inside a too large shipping box.

I have purchased these kits over the years, even through the packaging upgrades. The product itself works pretty well but it definitely changes the texture of the suede a bit.

This is the only thing that gets my uggs clean as new.

I always use the brush and renew fresh spray. Keeps uggs smelling fresh. I love the packaging.
