I love the big selection of ugg boots there are but I thought that since I ordered the care kit and the boots together they should have arrived together. IThis was my first time ordering online and was disappointed when my daughter's boots didnt come the same day the kit came. It was a gift from her dad after Christmas.Now I see why I don't shop online.My 14 year old daughter was upset also.
