I was interested in the ugg kit because I wanted to keep my boots clean & finally decided to buy. I wanted to clean my boots so I decided to go ahead and use the cleaner. I didn't know if I was using it correctly so I pulled up a YouTube video and it stated to clean the boots & allow 24 hours to dry. I really only cleaned the top of my boots because I just got them a month ago and they are still in good condition. After cleaning my boots they started to dry & I noticed that my boots were turning a ashy white color & I felt on my boots & they felt very stiff. I left dry for a day and they still looked the same, I am very upset that I paid $200 for these boots and then decided to buy this ugg kit and it did more harm than good. Other than that, I would use everything else in the kit but be careful of that cleaner.

just spent $250+ on @ugg and the UGG cleaner just for the Ugg cleaner to ruin my Uggs to a unrepairable extent. When I called about the warranty (still have warranty on the Uggs as well as the Ugg cleaner product) they refund or replacement shoe, they told me no! And blamed me for the damage. I stated that I watched the YouTube video posted by UGG directly on how to clean the shoes and that the product ruined it. They refused to send a replacement and told me I would have to buy another. Why would I want to spend my money with this company again? It feels like such a loss and I'm so upset my money was wasted like this. DO NOT BUY THE UGG CLEANER. You have better luck going to a dry cleaners.

I used the cleaner and followed the instructions but one boot came out perfect and the other came out stained. I'm so bummed because I got these boots for Christmas and wore them ONCE!! now they're ruined, and I don't know how to fix them or go about this, very disappointing!

Used this on my tan slippers did exactly what direction said apple juice spilled on my slippers there destroyed haven't even owned them a full month yet

Long story short I had a little mark on my UGG I try to remove it was step two the cleaner & the soft bristle brush. The brush literally removed the suede color ( it was everywhere on the brush and my hands) and I waited 24 hours for it to dry and it feels like the materials ruined and you can see a big light spot, they look horrible now. I really had to make a return on my UGGs and now I have to pay shipping after I already paid for the kit.

I just brought my shoes November 30, 2020 and they already look horrible. It seems like the ugg Kit made them look worse. I have all black uggs, and after using the kit my boots look older and it's now an off-black color. It's no longer dark black. It just looks rusty. I followed all the steps but it messed it up. I'm highly disappointed, and upset.

I used the kit as depicted by the UGG website and even watched their video. All my 6 pairs of UGGs are now discolored after washing and are 3 shades lighter than before. Would not recommend to anyone unless you want to buy new UGGs after using this kit. Don't waste your money. Attached is one shoe of many more that were ruined in the process. UGG company do better...

I'm not sure how it was because the. Rush broke on the 1st day I used it. I called I. For a replacement brush, was told I had to return the whole kit. I now have to wait for them to receive the return, evaluate the broken brush before they ship a new one. Disappointed.

I bought these for my toddler and she had worn them for 1 week when there was a spill. No problem I have the cleaning kit. I followed the directions exactly and was very gentle and now the one boot is a completely different color!! And it's hard and stiff basically they are ruined. So disappointed.

The worst. Completely ruined new Uggs. Had two very small black spots on on each boot. Followed all directions exactly. Small black spots became large black blotches and the suede all over the boots is totally flat and ruined. Called customer service they said to send them to ugg which I did. Waiting to see what they will do...

I used this on my brand new UGG sheepskins slippers and it ruined them, they became stiff and discolored despite following directions to the letter.

A must have for Uggs and any suede shoe

I used the product to protect my granddaughters new Uggs. Then I will use it to clean them when needed. Love this kit!

There is ample cleanser product and tools given. Great buy. The only thing I wonder about is an expiration date?? There isn't one on any of the bottles so I'm guessing all 3 are good for a good while.

I've had the product bought for me/bought for others since I was little. I purchased this for a gift for someone and they love it.

A great product that is offered at a reasonable price, which I find a necessity to protect your boots, shoes slippers, all the outerwear. I highly recommend it and I would put it in a along with the gift that you're buying the individual.

That are great for clean Ugg boots

I love the care kit. It protects my boots from. Rain and snow. My boots will last a couple years due to the protection from my care kit.

It helps me with cleaning my shoes.

It was easy to use and I really like all the product that came inside the care kit.

I bought the tall boots for my NYC trip and they were awesome!!! Comforter! Feet stayed dry and warm -16 hours daily for 5 days!
