I can’t believe you charged me $100 and sent me a pair of obviously pre-worn shoes!!

Didn't try them on since they looked used. I was disappointed in Zappos customer care. It never happened before.

Had to return the open toe really bothered my big toe.

Uncomfortable Way to large Straps were adjustable but they were so stiff I wasn’t able to adjust They were very pretty

Could not tell how they fit. The left shoe came in a 11M Satin and the right shoe came in a 10 1/2 wide black leather finish. Never have I had this happen with a Zappo's order. Called a spoke with a representative and explained the order. The shoe I was hoping to try is out of stock

I am returning this order for the second time for the same reason. They arrived messily wrapped in wrinkled tissue paper only and none of the packaging you'd expect from a new pair of shoes, i.e., tissue packed into the toe secured by stick and wrapped in fresh tissue and placed inside a plastic bag. The condition of this order clearly indicates they were a return from an earlier customer. I do not appreciate Zappo's woeful lack of attention to the quality and presentation of an order, especially when they repeat the error.

This pair of shoes was very uncomfortable the moment I tried them on. The shoe fabric was scratchy. I can't imagine trying to wear them for one hour let alone for a day.

Cheeck these shoes on the ankle straps....impossible to adjust.

Shoe was very hard, not comfortable at all. Also, when you actually see the shoe, it has more of an :old lady look" than what you see online.

The shoes arrived in a non-brand box that said original box had been damaged. There is a faint stain on one of the shoes in the toe area. The heel straps have worn holes showing that the shoes had been previously adjusted and worn. This is the first time I have received shoes from Zappos that were obviously worn before and then returned. I am very disappointed.

I am always looking for stylish yet comfortable shoes for work. I was very encouraged by these shoes since the heel is so low. I wore them one day for a lunch meeting and walked 4 blocks in them. They had rubbed several layers of skin off multiple toes and heels on both my feet. The sores took literally 4 weeks to heal. Sadly I would not recommend these shoes.

I'm disappointed in this shoe. They look very nice with a nice little heel but the fabric is so stiff. It hurt to touch them and the shoes are not comfortable at all. I can't imagine wearing them for more than 5 minutes.

Returning shoe. No paperwork in box. Not sure of the size. Measured with measuring tape. Shows 9.5 on tape but feels like an 8. Narrow even EE width. My second toe squeezed out of shoe! Returning shoe today.

This shoe looks good but it's made of something made-made and is very stiff and unyielding to your foot. VERY uncomfortable.

The right shoe of this pair had a stain near the edge of the peep toe, so I would not have kept them anyway, but the heel strap was loose and the shoe was not comfortable at all.

I really, really tried to like these. I just love them!!! Sad to say, even tho the toes "poke" through. It was sooooooo tight at my toes. I normally wear 8w. I ended up (trying so hard) ordering: 7w 7.5ww(fit the best size wise) 8w and 8ww. All of them - yes all of them including the ww were so tight on my toes, (since they are poke through) you can see my toes, literally overlapping. YES- W W widith. The brand itself, are such beautiful shoes. I love them....but..... Sorry. The 8WW were a hair better, but they were too wide to keep. You can see they took the pointy shoes and just cut the tips off. What a shame.

This is a pretty shoe but my toes slid through the peep toe opening. I have narrow feet and these shoes were too wide even though I ordered an 8.5 narrow. I returned them.

Awful! The entire top of the shoe is very rigid and rough fabric. You will have blisters in no time, on the top of your foot as well as the top of your heel where the strap goes. Too bad, because otherwise, they are super cute and great for a dressy occasion where you don't want a super high heel.

The reviews for this shoe stated they were true to size and width. This shoe is not as stated. It is short in length and the wide is very narrow. I am returning this shoe for these reasons.
