The overall fit and size are fine - the elasticity of the back strap could have been a little tighter, or at least an additional notch to adjust the strap tighter, but since I ordered a 1/2 size larger than I normally wear, all in all it's fine and will work. The shoe itself is beautiful and well-made. As a (ahem) mature woman, the heel is stable and just high enough for me to feel comfortable walking in it.

I have wide feet and always have to break in a new pair of shoes, but not in this case. Instantly comfortable and pretty. Now if I can figure out how to keep the strap from slipping off my heel I’ll be in business!

I bought these shoes to wear to my daughter's wedding. At 68 with a neuroma in one foot I'm afraid heels are out for me. So I was looking for a pretty shoe that would be fairly comfortable. These will fit the bill I think --- a pretty shoe with a low heel. No real support and certainly not a "walk all day" shoe I think it meets my requirements.

The sandals are gorgeous! Can't wait to wear them on the cruise for the semi-formal nights. The sandals are wide enough for my feet, which is saying a lot. Very comfortable and dressy.

Fit and size were fine. Soles could be more flexible. Fairly comfortable for a dress shoe.

This is the prettiest shoe and well worth the back and forth to get the proper fit. The toe area decorative fabric is stiff . Adhesive-backed moleskin cut to fit the scratchy areas works well. Because the Zappos ordering/returning system is so efficient and reliable, I’ve persisted, without the stress, to find a sophisticated dress heel—otherwise I might be attending my son’s wedding in sandals! Thank you Zappos!

I loved these shoes. However, I need a shoe with a bigger toe box. The right shoe felt good but the left shoe did not fit as well due to my hammertoe. I wish I could keep them

These are very nice shoes for dress-up occasion. I was looking for shoes to go with a specific dress to wear to a wedding, and these were not quite the right color. I believe they would be comfortable to all the standing and dancing that takes place at a wedding, though.

These are super cute and very comfortable. I shouldn't wear high heels anymore because of my back. I was looking for a low heel to wear to a wedding. These are perfect! They don't pinch or rub. They fit very well, and are very comfortable. I highly recommend these!

They fit great, even with my wide feet. And they make me feel amazing. That's all subjective, your mileage may vary but I love them and I'm keeping them.

I couldn't believe that these fit so well. Unusually true to size and width. They are so pretty. I'm wearing them to a wedding and they are just perfect.

Excellent fit for wide feet and low heel was comfortable. Very stylish and perfect for dressing up outfits. Does need a little foot pad inside so the foot does not move around if wearing hose.
