Very pretty to look at but was very narrow, bothered top of my foot and was too small.

There seemed to be some sort of lump in the soul of the shoe in the toe area.

I ordered the navy satin, and while the color was great, and the heel height was perfect, the shoe just wasn’t comfortable for me. As well, with my dress, it kind of looked like I was wearing a slipper instead of a shoe. I usually wear 10.5-11 M. I would say they are true to size. I ordered the 10.5 WW because that was the only size available, and think I could have worn the M or W width as well. Definitely would not size up. I thought they would be more comfortable because with a squared toe, but what I found was that as I walked, my foot just slid further into the top of the shoe and it was very uncomfortable for my toes, because the shoe feels hard on your toes. And though I liked the height of the heel, it just felt cloppy when I walked. In addition, there is no grip on the sole and it is very slippery if you’re not on a carpeted surface. Zappos, thank you for your generous return policy, I appreciate this as it can take several tries before finding the right shoe.

Too tight on my toes even with wide width

The shoe was a bit stiff, so I'm not sure how comfortable it would be when worn for several hours. Also, I was unable to get the back strap fastened at a point where it didn't slip off my foot, but a smaller size show would not have fit.

Shoes are beautiful. The strap at the back was not tight enough at it's tightest, so there was no way to walk in them. I am so sorry to not be able to wear them!

Really pretty shoe. Runs big. Unfortunately didn’t work for me so I had to return them.

I bought 4 different sizes at the same time. 8WW, 8.5WW, 9WW, 9.5W. All felt and fit exactly the same. Same size footprint when matched up for all 4 sizes. Not wide enough. Cute shoe. Inconsistent sizing. Uncomfortable.

First of all, these shoes are gorgeous. However, the insole is not padded and the outer sole feels a bit slippery. Since there is no arch support or any other kind of support, these are not shoes you can walk very far in and I wouldn't feel safe dancing in them either. However, if you are just walking from the car to the event, then it should be OK. Again, they are gorgeous.

Very stylish and enough give in the upper that it would have been comfortable if it hadn’t been too short. Zappos was out of the half-size up, so I ordered elsewhere and they were perfect. The sparkle is added by what feels like little shards of wire. I had to file those off in a few places on the top edge, but no discomfort now.

Nice looking shoe but to keep them on my feet (heels fall out), I tried a smaller size. Now, toes pushed to front causing a lot of discomfort. Too bad.

This is a very pretty shoe. I wish it could have worked, but the material lacked structure and my foot slipped all over. It was difficult for me to walk and I would not have survived all night at my event. The material on the inside of the toe box squeaked against my toenails. Very unusual.

These are very pretty and would be unusually comfortable if it wasn't for the tiny silver threads sticking into my arch and ankle. I found out that they are the only pair available so I've just spent an hour with a tiny pair of scissors, snipping away at all the sharp threads along the top edge. I think they will be fine now.

Alas, this is a pretty shoe but just a tad tight on my between-M-and-W feet. And it doesn’t come in W in my size, a 7 1/2. So I’ve returned the shoes.

My foot slid so far into the toe box that the arch of the shoe was in the wrong place. I had to crimp my feet to keep the shoe from falling off, even with the slingback strap on its tightest setting.

Size was perfect, shoe is beautiful..however the comfort was just not there... it seems like the pretty front of the shoe scratched my toes making them extremely uncomfortable and unwearable.

The material felt uncomfortable on my foot. Impossible to move the buckle to the lowest notch. Beautiful shoe.

As lovely as these shoes match to the long gown I wore to my son's wedding, they were just too small/uncomfortable to wear. So back they go!

Truly gorgeous shoe that did not fit in the forefoot area. I wear a 7M in most dress shoes, but the front of these has no stretch. I loved the heel height and would have gladly exchanged for a 6 1/2 wide. Unfortunately, that size--and nearly every other size--is sold out.

Very pretty shoe. The fit was what I expected but the interior was rough around edges and straps and NO arch support at all

Bought these shoes for my daughter's wedding - they look cute, felt quite comfortable while standing, but awkward to walk - the strap around the heel is designed in a way that your heel goes up 1inch before the shoe leaves the ground, so it's kind of like walking in flip flops. Not what I was looking for in a formal shoe. Had to return them.

The shoes were the right size and width but being so pointed my toes were a little crushed. The shoes were wide but toe very narrow. Beautiful but not the most comfortable shoes I have ever had. Being honest if you have no toe issues they would be fine. I have a hammer toe issue.

These shoes are so pretty and matched my navy dress perfectly. The heel was perfect height. However, they were so stiff and uncomfortable that I had to send them back. The size was right but they just did not work for me. It was a shame because I really liked the looks.
