Wore them for the first time for several hours and was comfortable the entire time. The footbed was less irritating than my previous pair of Teva originals and Hoping they will prove great on traction as my vacation adventures proceed.

The fit is great. The thickness of the footbed is great. It will give me plenty of support and protect my feet from the rough roads that I walk in my rural town. I would give it 5 stars if the straps were narrower.

This is a great compromise between the original universal and the hurricane. These are very functional and sturdy like the hurricane, but they aren't as clunky. I would mainly ask for a little more tread on the sole of the shoe and cooler prints.

Comfortable, functional and decent looking. These are perfect for camping, hiking and water.

I LOVED these sandals for three years and wore them nearly every warm day as I studied abroad, was a camp counselor, and walked across my college campus. I wore them for more miles than the average person but nothing extremeI was not hiking regularly in these, and I do rotate my shoes. Nevertheless after three years the tread is worn down so much that I slipped (on a flat, muddy sidewalk) and injured myself. You can compare the photo I uploaded to the one shown in the product description. The rest of the shoe could have lasted for many more years but the tread has made them dangerous, and I have to pay $100 for a new shoe (just bought the terra fi, so we'll see if that hiking sandal holds up better to my regular city use). The straps are also torn a bit by now, but otherwise I've loved this sandal and am sad to see that it's sole was made of such poor quality. Also, as a 7.5-8 the 7 was perfect.

I have narrow feet and typically wear a size 10. In these, my toes and heels were both almost off the sole of the shoe. The shoes run a little narrow, but if I tightened the straps at all, they dragged on the ground.

I was trying to replace my two-year-old Teva sandals. They are the only sandals I own that I can walk distances in and not have sore feet and achy knees. Can't find the identical style now. Tried two similar styles; returning both. Quality is not up to par with the Tevas I already own. Bottoms not as rugged. Upper straps are skinnier (dig into my skin, and they're just nylon without any cushioning for the places where the straps meet skin. Very disappointing.

This shoe was true to size and width, I wear a 7 and am on the wider size, so it fit okay. However, my foot was lined up with the very edge of the sandal all the way around and as I walked my foot moved forward and my toes would work their way off the front of the sandal. I played with the adjustable straps but I wasn't pleased with them and went for another style of Teva with more room around the edge. Otherwise it's a beautiful shoe that looks very sleek and could go with any outfit or outdoor activity.

Cute shoe and would have been fine if there was neoprene lining. The lower strap where there was velcro was extremely stiff and rubbed on toes. Footbed was comfy.

This color was supposed to be walnut and looked like a nice sand color which is what I wanted. It is a very green color instead. I don't like the color at all.

I loved my old pair of Hurricanes and was looking to try something new as a replacement. I usually get a 7.5 but I'm just barely over a 7, so those usually work for whole sizes. These fit in the weirdest way: my foot went right to the edges of the sole, the front strap was too far back on my foot and didn't feel secure on my toes, and the front strap was so long it brushed the ground when I tightened it enough. Returning.

Im sadden that my tevas fit to small even though I'm a size 8 I look funny with my toes almost out of the sandal. And it doesn't have a Velcro adjuster at the heel like my other sandals.
