I ordered these for my son. I ordered two pairs of shoes and instead of the shoes what I received was a tee and pants. I wanted to reorder them but their customer service was slow and I didn't feel the urgency from them to help me . I called them but was then transferred to communicate via email and their response time took 24-48 hours. I was told they can give me a discount voucher for the inconvenience, I never received it and I couldn't order the shoes anymore because they were back to full price( when I ordered it was on sale). I was hoping I could atleast use the discount voucher to reorder the items. As I'm writing this review I still haven't received my refund as I have to wait god knows how long to process it. So not only did I not receive the correct items, I was inconvenienced to return the items, and missed out to reorder the shoes as it became sold out from the 3 days I wasted waiting for their response via email. I asked for the discount voucher they have mentioned via email and my question was ignored. I guess a family ain't a loss for a big company like adidas.

This is the second pair of shoes that are too big. My granddaughter measured her foot and she needs a women's size 6, not a men's size 6. I have followed your sizing steps as printed.

Cute shoes but coming apart and faded looking after a week.

I never get them how i can feed back them. And nobody answer my questions

There are just not made the same way anymore. For decades I could always rely on Gazelles for the perfect comfortable fit, sadly now they just no longer fit me even with sizing up or down. If you find yourself in the same boat I would recommend the Hamburg as a much better similar alternative, or the Japan, for style and comfort.

The shoes are not comfortable at all. Very much disappointed

First of all, I didn't order men's gazelle. I ordered for a kid I have already sent back the 4 1/2 FedEx and now we're awaiting my new pair. Please advise.

Shoe great fit but to large around the toe area, not comfy!

Ordered twice now. Both times came in wrong colour. Returned twice. Not bothering ordering again

I would however recommend to go down half size than normal

Bought my daughter these for her bday. They can with broken laces, dirt, worn and scuffs. I contacted CS team because I was nervous to return them in the condition they came. The had horrible response time and on top of it only gave me a promo code for all the out of season style options. Trash company! Lost a loyal customer

Never got my order and very tiresome process to get the correct item

My package never came and when I contacted customer service there was nothing done

Recieved these but they run way too big. Returned by mail because the closest store is over 2 hrs away and i still havent recieved any updates

The shoe sizes are way off. My wife wears a size women's 8 (mondo point 240) and even the size kids 6 is at least 2cm larger than her foot (a full thumb larger). It is almost impossible to purchase things online because the sizing of Adidas shoes, particularly for women, is completely inconsistent.

Did not fit. Asked for exchange and have been waiting forever. Will probably cancel order and just forget it. Customer service could not even help.

I purchased these shoes for my daughter, and they run very big! I called customer service, and they said I could exchange them for a smaller size. Upon returning them, they would then ship me the smaller size what was I was told. However, I shipped my original order and then was told I would have to wait nearly 14 days before they sent out the smaller size. It was extremely frustrating, and the customer service was poor.

Item not as described. The photo clearly has 2 straps and the shoes I was sent have 3 thin straps. This makes putting the shoes on much more difficult for a toddler who is still learning. Super disappointed.

The sizing was wayyy too big then what i ordered. I am not happy at all.

The shoes are bigger, I bought 4.5 (22.5cm) an they were 25cm

I ordered and wanted the name poppy on only the left shoe but was given them with the name poppz I paid for it and as a collector of adidas I am so angry as they were a birthday present

The product is good but the service is bad !! Purchased before Xmas and stil waiting to have them exchanged you can't do it in store I've tried then messed about via the chats it's ridiculous and I won't be buying direct again
