These are my favorite sandals. I have bought at least 6 pairs over the past 5 years, in different colors. I bought my first pair, when I was struggling with plantar fasciitis, and they were so much better than any other sandals I tried. Adjustable with very good arch support, great quality, they are comfortable right out of the box. They look nice too, not orthopedic like so many others.

Beautiful shoes that fit well and have excellent arch support. I can’t wait to wear these this summer!

Fit as expected with Alegria shoes/sandals: a little wider in the forefoot. The material is soft enough for us ladies who deal with bunions and the Velcro strap allows for excellent adjustments. The ankle strap sits comfortably just below the ankle allowing bending the foot without rubbing against the skin or feeling too loosely. The foot bed has a nice cushioned feel and you actually walk on leather - so no sticky feeling.

They fit well. Love the velcro fasteners as they can be adjusted when my feet swell. Love the color and the little sparkle at the seams on the edge of the shoes.

There are lovely wearable shoes. They have a very soft sole, that provides enough friction to make the shoe "stick" to the shoe instead of sliding. The uppers were sufficiently supportive for my problematic feet that require more support as I age. I wanted a rocker bottom and this show fit the big, keeping my foot from bending, but providing a natural gait. Very adjustable, my two feet are quite different with a much higher insole on one foot, but they were still quite comfortable. In summary, I dont feel like I am wearing anything on my feet, they are just comfortable. An added BIG PLUS is that they look really nice. Could dress up or dress down. After decades of wearing Arches, Mephistos and Birkenstocks, nice to find a wearable alternative that is attractive and doesn't take me to the cleaners. Excellent purchase.

Loved this sandal and kept it, but then realized that one of the little decorative buttons on the Velcro straps was missing. Live chatted with a Zappos associate, who was so helpful. They allowed me to go on vacation the next day with the sandals and exchange them when I return. I LOVE Zappos!

This sandal is wonderful...I was able to wear it right out of the box...no breaking in time. It's very comfortable and very cute. I love Alegria shoes, some styles fit my feet better because I have a bunion. The straps that were adjustable really are a plus for my feet. Love it!

I love these sandals so much I ordered another pair right away! There was no break-in period comfortable right out of the box! I have flat feet and these give me great arch support. I truly could wear these 24/7!

Alegria is my go-to shoe. I'm a teacher who stands on concrete for 8+ hours a day and these are the only shoes that get me through. Vionic is second best, then dansko.

Cute sandals and think they would be comfortable for walking, but sizing is way off....I have never worn less than a 5W in a sandal, 6 in an atheletic shoe and these shoes just swim on my feet, thought they might be mis sized. Order 1/2 to 1 full size down. These will have to go back, and they dont come smaller, oh well, the hunt goes on for a good sandal.

I wanted to love this shoe and thought the concept of a removable shoe bed in a sandal clever. It works, but not for my custom orthotics, sadly. Thank you Zappos for the opportunity to try them on and your generous return policy.

I wanted to like these. Lots of folks seem to like Alegria. And these were kind of clunky cute. They reminded me a bit of Finn Comfort, but at a fraction of the price. However, the insoles, which are padded, have about a 1/4 inch strip all the way around the edge, which is not padded. My toes were feeling it, and they were not happy. Maybe I needed to order a size up, so my toes were not so close to the edge. Maybe I'll try again.

Really love the sandal but no support or cushioning

At first, I thought I had finally found the comfy walking shoe - after multiples tries and returns! But this has an area on the inside of the right shoe that is not stitched down and it rubs against my instep and heel with every step - just can't get around it. Thank heavens for Zappos, as I live where there are zero good shoe stores and can't try on anything that might help my many foot issues. Onward!

These are my favorite sandals. I started wearing them after a bout with plantar fasciitis, and I kept wearing them even after it was better. They are adjustable, stable, attractive, come in lots of colors and patterns, and have excellent arch support.

These shoes are cute and also pretty comfortable for this flat-footed 60-something woman. I don’t like walking or standing in them for hours but for going out in the evening they fit the bill. Easy to dress up or dress down.

These sandals are cute and I have received a lot of compliments. They are fun, with the small flowers and golden clasp. The front and back straps are adjustable with Velcro, which is very useful. The arch support worked well for my feet.

These were very comfy but the white was too bright for my outfit and I returned them.

Fit and size were spot on. I always wear a 39 in Alegria and this one fits perfect. I like the 2-strap design. I bought the ones with red and black in the leather and they are beautiful!

Great quality, comfort and stability. Have many pairs of Alegria shoes.
