I am VERY disappointed. it says "leather" but the ends on both shoes started to peel after less than 6 months!! My others have lasted years and I polish them and they are good as new. These are terrible. I've included pics because as a consumer that is what I would want as well.

At last! A shoe to replace my beloved Keen Presidio MJ's, which have been discontinued. I ordered 3 different brands of black Mary Janes. The Dansko Edith fit like a glove. Soft leather, and decent arch support. The skid-resistant sole is important to me. There aren't many reviews yet, so assume this might be a new style. Hope to see more colors added in the future. I so appreciate the easy "shopping" with Zappos. I have mobility problems and it is hard for me to visit a mall.

Danskos used to be my go-to shoe, but every one I have tried over the past year or two has a too-narrow toe box -- including this shoe! I've kept a few pairs hoping they would stretch out, and instead have lost toenails on my big toes. I'm sad!

These do not come in wide. I wear 11 W, but a review said that regular was plenty wide. I should have known better. I have a small "knob" bunion on one foot. I no sooner had that shoe on when the pain began. I did not even put the shoe on the other foot. Be warned: regular is regular. If you need wide, order a different shoe.

Theses shoes are really nice for those of us that work in restaurants. They wipe clean, they are slip resistant, and they breathe. I love Danskos but can't always wear the clogs due to stairs or the pants I'm wearing. These are a nice alternative to the clogs. Also a good price!

I have huge bunions and I need a wide shoe. These fit like my wide shoes. I am a flight attendant, so I need a comfortable shoe for 12 to 15 hour flights

These are insanely comfortable. The velcro is strong and hasn't come loose. Granted I've only worn these around the house to try them out, but I'm very happy with them and don't want to take them off.

these Danskos are not as comfortable as I would have liked. I'm on my feet all day and I need a softer inner sole, maybe a half size bigger too.

I was hoping these would be cute and comfy, but alas they looked like old lady orthopedic shoes! I was looking for something more stylish and comfortable for work.

I usually wear an 10.5-11 but had to order a size larger. Anyway I wear these everyday for work and wore them out so just bought a second pair 1.5 years later. Great shoe For standing up all day at work.

Extremely comfortable from the moment I put the shoes on up until the end of my shift when I took them off. There was no ‘break in’ time.

I do love these shows. I am a very narrow 10.5, but these shoes run half size small. I originally ordered 41 but toes were crushed, so I bought 42 and they are fine in length. They are wide for me, but only because getting very narrow shoes in 11 or 12 is practically non-existing. I will put few insoles to fill some space in toe box, but all else is fine. There would be better arch support if I had a true size shoe fit me. I love these because they are lightweight and comfortable.

Unfortunately, these run 1/2 size small. I am normally an 10.5N, so I thought 41 would be fine, but toes were pushed so much I couldn't step properly. Bought pair upon receipt. Received 42 next day and returned next morning. Did I tell you just how much I LOVE ZAPPOS!!! Always THE BEST IN THE WORLD!! Thank You, Zappos for always being there for me. I will tell you if you are Narrow, these are wide, but I will fill them with two insoles only because it has taken me so long to find these and I really need to replace my shoes. Plenty of toe space for comfort.

Very comfortable shoe. As a flight attendant, I’m on my feet for long hours. These shoes have been great so far. I also like the fact that they’re Mary Janes and the strap can easily be adjusted if my feet swell.

These are the most comfortable shoes I've ever had. The Velcro strap works great. Love love love them.

A beautiful, well-made shoe. Ample toe box, nice grippy sole, good w/skirt or slacks. Unfortunately the arch support was too far forward for my arch, which begins about 2 1/2 " from the back of my heel. :( Zappo's makes it so easy to return! The salesgirl was right that Euro size 37 would be right for me!

PERFECTION! Out of the box comfortable! This is my second pair in 3 years. . .lots of vacation walking in the forecast for this little gem.

I liked this shoe. I needed a larger size, but also decided I wanted more coverage on the top of my foot so I returned. I may purchase again for a Spring style.

I wish I could have kept these shoes, but they were too narrow, except in the heel.

Nice shoe for all-around wear, but I preferred the look of the Dansko Fawna: I have big feet and that style looked less blocky than this one. However, like other Danskos I have, nice support, and seemed to be good quality.

I kept these shoes out of desperation. I have order 9 pair from ZAPPOS - thank you for your shipping and return policy and patience. These are smaller than any of my other same size Dansko shoes and have less arch support. I will add the silicone arch support I have in other shoes. I have not purchased a pair of shoes for 2+ years due to my wide foot, plantar fasciitis and bone spur.

I love the arch support. Very nice leather. Not crazy about the rounded toe. Hoping it will stretch a little.
