I have worn Korkease sandals since the 70's. I know that for a while they were not available and then brought back to life. With many new styles they continue to be comfortable. The Doughty is true to size and comfortable. I usually take and 8.5. However these only run in whole sizes. The size 8 is just right.They are stylish too.

I haven't worn these sandals yet, still too cold here in the northeast. Having said that, I do think I'll be wearing them a lot. Well made, comfortable & cute. I have an old pair of Kork-Ease sandals that I still wear after at least 8 years! Zappos is the best!!!

I love everything about these sandals, except for whatever reason my feet suctioned to the sandal causing me feet (plus the sandal) to make a loud suctioning sound every time I took a step. I did try to look up ways to remedy it, but for the price of the sandals I just decided to return it.

very comfortable sandal, but squeak very badly and on top of that with every step your foot suctions to the insole! Ugh!

I LOVE these sandals. I have tried so many styles over the last two summers trying to find just this. These are incredibly comfortable nothing rubs, fits perfectly and true to size. They do squeak a lot when you first get them - I almost did not keep them because of this. But, I have worn them about 5 times so far and they do not squeak at all now. Can't say enough how much I love them. I do have a slightly narrow foot, so if you have a wider foot they might be narrow. I would not say they have arch support, but they are much better for walking around than most sandals because the straps are secure - no toe gripping like flip flops. I usually do not like flat shoes, but these have just the tiniest bit of lift in the heel that they are comfortable without being a high heel or wedge.

Love, love love this sandal! Very comfortable but my flat feet created a suction that sounded like my foot was "farting"! My daugther kept hers as they are really cute!!

I ordered this recently and have worn them a couple of times. So far, so good. They appear to be well made, supportive, nice leather. I'm really happy with them. I was looking for a leather sandal with good support for walking around, and I think I've found it!

I haven't worn sandals yet. It's been very cold in North Carolina. I did order a size 8 instead of my usual 9. Sandal doesn't come in a 1/2 size. The size works. The leather is very nice. Just a bit of an arch support.

Nice style, pretty comfortable out of the box.

I wanted these sandals to work so badly, they are incredibly cute and exactly what I was looking for. However, every time I would walk my feet suctioned to the bottom and they made a very loud squeaking noise. I would've loved to break them in to see if the noise would go away, but for the price I didn't want to take that chance. Great style and incredibly comfortable, sad that I have to return them.

These shoes felt cheaply made. As soon as I took them out of the box, I immediately wondered how long it would take for the sole peel back from the cork. The sole on the left shoe was wrinkled, as if someone had tried it on before me and stubbed their toe. The leather straps also had deep indentations from the buckles as well what looked like fingernail scratch marks around the buckle—so I don't know if someone wore this pair around their house a lot before deciding to return them, or if they just show their age quickly. I returned them.
