Finally! I have delayed buying this style for years since I don't wear leather, all while basically begging Doc M. to offer more vegan options. When this sandal debuted, I bought it right away, anticipating a quick sell-out. To add to the story, I also did serious damage to my foot last year and cannot wear every style anymore, so I was deeeeelighted that not only is this shoe vegan, it's also comfortable right from the start. No cutting or rubbing. Love the color, too. (In fairness, I can't comment on arch support since it doesn't affect me.)

I want to love this sandal as much as I love my other Docs, but I can't. There is very little flexibility in this shoe. size 7 too small and size 8 too big. I have to return it.

Love the look and quality and that they're vegan. Problem for me is that they rub my ankles and big toe raw. They don't give because they're not leather, and so I've had to put cushions behind the heel and not sure how to get the toe not cut into by the front strap over the toes. This is idiocyncratic, and I don't doubt the other reviewers don't have the same issue as me. But if other shoes tend to rub your heels badly, these will, too.
