Super cute but super uncomfortable. The length felt true to size but the top of the shoe digs into your foot. Ouch.

I received these shoes for Christmas. I ordered a size up because some Tory Burch sizes are off. I ordered the 8 1/2 and had to exchange them for a size 8. Size 8 is what I typically wear, so I would go with the size you wear the most. These shoes are true to size. However, I do think these shoes are a little wide. I do not have wide feet but I wouldn't consider my feet to be super narrow either, just normal, and I felt like these shoes were a little loose on the sides. Maybe that was because they were size 8 1/2 though, I just exchanged them for a size 8 so hopefully those ones will fit tighter.

Ordered my first pair of TB ballet flats and because I am "green" to the brand, I relied on the reviews. I'm a true size 5, but was unsure if I should order a 5 or 5.5. I opted for both sizes! Once the box arrived, I was so excited to put them on! I started with the size 5 and it was a PERFECT fit; I didn't even touch the 5.5 box! I may be a little late to the TB party, but I am now a true believer in the brand! Don't hesitate to buy these flats! Gorgeous and comfortable is the perfect combination!!

I have tried Tori Burch ballet flats in the past and found them very uncomfortable. After reading the reviews on Zappos I decided to give them another try and I'm happy to report I love these shoes! They fit true to size are soft and very comfortable right out of the box. I ordered the black ones and plan to order the light oaks next.

The designers have clearly revamped the way this shoe is made with comfort in mind. The inside is made smooth and soft. I've tried these on every few years because I like the look, but they were never comfortable enough to invest in. This particular pattern is very flattering with work clothes. I tend to wear 9.5-10 and I'm a 10 in these. The 9.5 fits but my big toe was hitting the top of the shoe.

I own several pairs of Tieks. I was hesitant to purchase these Tory Burch flats because I already had a black patent pair of Tieks. These all black flats are now a wardrobe bonus for me! They are more comfortable than Tieks and look great!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE these!!! They are the most comfortable flats I have ever worn!! 1000x more comfortable than Tieks. I cannot wait to get more pairs! I have a problem with flats putting pressure on my big toes. Because of this I ordered a half size bigger than my normal size. They fit really well thanks to the elastic on the heel!

These shoes are very pretty. However, they felt wide and there is little arch support. The front of the shoe is shallow, causing it to cut across my feet in an uncomfortable way.

These are adorable and I WANT them to fit! To those of you have very flat feet as I do, there is no support to keep flat feet from"spiling over" at the inner part of the shoe. I also have narrow feet and as others have said, these seem wide at the heel. Would have loved to have them as a relief shoe from heels.

Runs about a half size large for me (or probably a quarter size large). I wear a 9 normally and I get an 8.5 to these as I wear them at work and they always stretch a little. Navy/gold combo is super chic.

These are gorgeous and fit perfect. There is no break in period and they were actually more comfortable than I was expecting! I own tieks and it takes awhile for them to break in, these I just put on and went on with my day with no pain. I want more colors now!!

Purchased in Royal Tan/Gold. I have wanted a pair of these flats for some time and finally pulled the trigger and purchased. Why did I wait so long?? They are as soft as butter and the insoles, albeit don't provide much in the way of arch support, are very cushy and comfortable. They are definitely my go-to for comfort and style. I will add that I usually wear an 8.5 in most shoes...I tried the 8.5 and it was a tad snug on the toe, so I sized up to a 9 and the fit is perfect! My next purchase will be in black!

Comfortable

I absolutely LOVE this flat!!! It is comfortable and stylish all in one! It is a casual shoe that will not tire your feet! I’m hooked!

I really like these shoes. Gold is my favorite dressed up neutral color, and these shoes could go with a lot of different looks, from dressy to casual and everything in between. I normally wear size 9 in shoes but ended up exchanging for a 9.5. Being a flat, you really can’t expect much for support, but they are comfy. They do irritate my bunion a little bit but that’s just me and not the shoes. Overall, a great purchase.

Shoe fits well and the leather is soft. These are the most comfortable Tory Burch flats I own.

Really cute shoe, but a tad too wide for me.

I love these shoes! So cute. But they are quite an investment, hence them only getting 4 stars overall. For the price, I need to see how they wear long-term before they would earn 5 stars. I usually wear size 8, but I did decide to go up a half-size to get a slightly better fit. Good thing Zappos has free returns!

I love the look of these shoes. They are pretty comfortable too. My only problem has been the painted medallion on the top. The paint started to chip off within a few months. I'm not hard on shoes at all. I think all it takes is lightly bumping them on a chair leg or other common activity to start a chip. Zappos was great about sending me a new pair. Maybe I had a bad set. I do get lots of compliments.

Loved how these shoes fit - I didn't love just how shiny they were. If you are okay with the shininess you will love these. Fit true to size and had some nice support. Probably will purchase in another color.
