These shoes were awesome right out of the box. I have problem feet: Achilles' tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, knee pain, hip pain, and severe pronation. I just got back from a week's vacation where these were the only shoes I wore. My Ecco Sport Biom shoes stayed in the suitcase. We did gentle hiking in state and national,parks, and walking around in town. It was a mix of pavement, dirt, and some uneven footing. Walked about 3 mikes a day and had ZERO for or leg pain. We ate at decent (not fancy, but not dives) restaurants and I was happy to wear these shoes to dinner because they are so cute. My feet are usually an 8-1/2 to 9. The 9 was way too big; the 8 fit perfectly. They felt a bit too small at first, but they give.. Try getting 1/2 size smaller than your usual size. I am buying more pairs to have in multiple colors.

Love the design...have had many complements....I love Jambu...however, this particular shoe was a little too wide...Perhaps it is because I normally purchase shoes that can be adjusted....but I almost walk out of this shoe...otherwise I would order another pair of black and a red...the top part of the design has elastic stretch...which didn't help me...but might help if you have a wider food or a true B,,,,

I like the look of these shoes. I purchased them in Black, they are designed to be worn w-o socks. The shoes dye rubs off on my feet, when I take the shoes off my feet look filthy. I call Jambu, they are aware that happens with "some of the shoes" its the dye. No apologies, if I didn't like basically it return them. Zappos customer service, on the other hand were (as always) GREAT.

I'm not familiar with Jambu sizing, so ordered size 8.5 per other reviews. But they are loose to me, just like 8.5 should be. So I exchanged for my usual size 8. Upon arrival, the shoes were quite snug but not tight. After wearing them in the house for about 2 hours, they relaxed and were very comfortable. However, another hour later, I found the pretty elastic laces (relaxed too much?) couldn't hold the shoe enough that my heel slipped with every step. Overall, these are pretty and comfortable shoes, with good enough arch support, and are true to size. But I like my shoes follow my steps and not slipping.

Cute and comfy straight out of the box ... only complaint is they feel a little loose , maybe because I have narrow feet . The top design stretches , so they're easy on and off , but they feel loose. Besides that , really comfortable shoes , received many compliments on them

Love Jambus and have many pairs. I've been looking for an easy, comfortable and cute slip on shoe and this is it. Easy to walk in for hours, and wear with a skirt, Jeans, or shorts. Bought red and liked it so much I bought black too.

Cute casual shoe with cushy insole. I wear a solid 10M and these were tight. Unfortunately, having to return them.

I waitress and about 3 months ago I suffered a stress fracture of the 4th metatarsal of my right foot. I blame the croc flats I wore for 2 years. Anyway, I put these on the day they arrived and worked a double in them and other than some mild rubbing they were perfect eight out of the box. My only complaint would be that they stain my feet black, but I won't even deduct a star for that because my feet feel so good in them!

I am so glad I found this shoe. It is perfect. Really comfortable and very flattering. And NO "hook and loop" closures (which I have begun to hate!) I wear a 7, but I also ordered the 6 1/2, to see the color which was sold out in a 7. The 7 was too big. I thought the 6 1/2 would be too small, but it fit perfectly because of the flexible perforated material in the toe area. And in the color I wanted! Zappo's makes me happy again.

Love!!! The red color is beautiful and they are super comfy. I usually wear a 7, sometimes 7 1/2, but the 7's were a perfect fit.

I have them on now. Very typical of Jambu's size and quality. Because I purchased the blue color I think I'll be able to wear with anything denim or medium blue. If you never tried Jambu before I suggest you give them a try.

This is a cute walking shoe that I plan to take to Europe this summer. I have wide feet, and these are perfect for me, even though they are a regular medium width. I was hesitant if I was going to keep them at first because they were a little snug, but 30 minutes wearing them around the house and they had loosened considerably. Also, one of them squeaked at first, but I took it off, and pressed firmly all around the insole and it stopped. I have worn them several times and it hasn't returned.

Love these shoes, comfy, large toe box, sized right, just didn't fit my weirdly shaped foot.

If you are looking for comfort don't hesitate to purchase this shoe. Comfortable out of the box. The footbed is like walking on clouds. I usually order a wide shoe in other brands but these run a little wide so they were perfect. This is my third pair of Jambu's and I love them. I wish Jambu would make their shoes with a little higher heel - that is my only complaint.

Really cute and comfortable shoe. I ordered it in blue but will order second pair in red. Runs just a bit short. I ordered an eight and big toe is right up against front of shoes. Think I will order 8 1/2 in red. If too big Zappos will exchange quickly because they rock when it comes to customer service.

I've been wanting a Jambu shoe for awhile and I'm hoping these will be cuter and conifer than a tennis shoe walking around London this summer. Right out of the box, I thought they might be a bit snug, but they loosened up quickly walking around the house. They don't seem to rub anywhere, even on my bunion. This shoe feels wider to me, so might not be a good choice if you usually order a narrow width shoe. The insole also made a popping sound on one foot when I first started walking around, almost like bubble wrap, but I pressed the insole down well all the way around and it stopped. Hopefully that isn't temporary! All in all I think they'll look good with capris this summer and I'm pleased with them.

very cute, but a little wide. length of 7 fit, but width not. I normally wear a 6.5 but was hoping to use these for light hiking

These run just a bit smaller than a normal size eight but fear next size up would be to big. The top of the box is real soft and a little stretchy so doesn't bothered my weird big toes that point slightly up. Really cute different shoe ??

I loved the look of these shoes and so badly wanted them to fit. Unfortunately, they do not make them in "C" or "W" and was not sure having them stretched would keep the edge seam from hurting my bunion.Because they were not my size and were comfortable otherwise, I still gave them a four star. I am disappointed they were not available in a wider size. I returned them.

The elastic didn't keep my foot securely in the shoe.

Very cute! Elastic cross straps do not hold my foot well enough- rise up to releve to reach for something and they pop off. Very light weight and yes water shoe that has holes in soles.

Love the shoes but I have narrow heels and they completely lifted out of the shoe when I walked. The heel width is exceptionally wide.

Love the look, love the style. Hate how the dye inside the shoe makes my feet black.
