The length was accurate but it didn't conform to a slim foot (heel slippage and gaps around the tops.) Great color though!

I was expecting some major cushion in these, given the brand name, but they had no more cushion than any other dress shoe. The leather is really stiff and they were not very comfortable to wear. I'm sending them back.

These shoes run a bit small, so I had to exchange for a half-size below my usual size. I am still breaking them in so they are pretty uncomfortable, but I am hoping that will subside with time and wear. When I took the shoes off, however, the insole of the shoe came out right along with my foot. That doesn't seem like something that should happen after the very first wear. I was, however, pleasantly surprised that the color was more of a true white than it appears to be in the picture, which is more of an ivory color.

I bought a 5 W but they are still too tight- not wide enough. Is this considered a 5D? Felt more like a 5C. They are very stiff so just by trying on there is already a crease forming around my bunions. The insoles (completely flat and floppy- no arch support) are not actually removable because they are glued to the bottom of the shoe. I removed them anyway to put my own insole in to make them wearable, so I don’t think I can return these. I may still wear these as special occasion shoes but because they are too tight and stiff I can’t wear these to work or when I’m doing much walking. Not impressed with the “walking cradles” name.

I have small and wide feet, so finding a wide shoe in size 5.5 or 5 is hard. These do fit and fit well -- however, the quality of the shoe is not great. Within a month the sole of the shoe is splitting.

Uncomfortable but pretty. Very stiff, impossible to walk in unless it was duck-like. Sent them back. Pretty, tho.

These flats certainly don’t feel like walking cradles. They’re not terribly uncomfortable but also not the best for all day wear. I’ve worn them for a few days to stretch them out but it seems like they’ll never quite open up. The leather is very stiff. It’s designed nicely because it covers your feet well and doesn’t dig in anywhere. However, I have a small bunion on one foot and it really hurts by the end of the day. I sit mostly so I can’t imagine how someone who’s on their feet all day would enjoy these flats. Overall, they’re okay.

This is a simple but shoe. However the 6 1/2 W was tight in the toe box and the shoe was too short. The left shoe pooched a little on the side. I think I'm going to look for a shoe with a rubber sole for cushioning and one that has more cushioning and arch in the footbed.

These shoes were ok, but not great. I normally wear 7.5 ww, and these were trie to size, just a little hard.

These shoes are very soft and flexible. The reason I returned them is because the back of the shoe hit my heel at an uncomfortable place. I have a couple of different foot issues and I was looking for out-of-the-box comfortable shoes. I have been wearing clogs for several years and having a shoe to hurt my heel when I first put it on was not doable. I was sorry I had to return them.

These are beautiful shoes. The 8.5w in the pump style fits well, however the same size in the flat does not. Very disappointing, so I'm returning.

The 9.5 wide was too small, which is a little astounding. My foot is wide, but I have some Borns still that I purchased about 10 years ago in a 9 medium that are still comfortable. Anyway, these are going back. I'm not sure I'm crazy enough about them to order another pair, and I can't imagine a 10WW would fit, unless these flats run really small.

I really wanted to love these. They looked nice on my feet and had a nice style, But, they felt so cheap. I tried them on once I got them, without socks - my feet were NOT sweaty, but when I took them off the insoles pulled out. They had very little padding and the bottom was lined in cardboard. Maybe some or most shoes are, I just feel for the price, I want a bit more quality. They also, as others noted, have a smooth sole and no heel. They fit ok, but I could tell they weren’t going to last long. Too bad. Sent back, search continues for cute black flats.

Not sure why they call this brand walking cradles. These shoes have no support.

I had high hopes for these shoes based on reviews. As cute as they are, they were very stiff and uncomfortable. There was also zero arch support.

I purchased the shoe in extra wide thinking it would fit comfortably over my bunions. Although the shoe seems wide enough, the top of the shoe has no give and still presses against my bunion. I liked the style but could not wear them without my feet hurting.

i was so excited to find a pair of shoes that felt as wide as i need that i put them on and wore them right away. never again. how i wish that shoe manufacturers would realize that a wide foot means the front of the foot and not the heel! i literally will walk out of the shoes because the heel slips so bad.

Wore these shoes for the first time yesterday. I was very unhappy that the insole came loose on the first day. I would have expected better workmanship for this price. Probably will not recommend this brand to anyone. The shoe is comfortable, although they may slip on the heels if they stretch. The rating system does not include a category for workmanship, but if it did I would only give the shoe a 2.

I ordered a WW for comfort, which I try to do when I can and it is plenty wide enough but this shoe was a full size longer than a normal 8. Also, there's not much to the sole, pretty thin and hard.

These are enormous! I usually wear size 11 which factors in the width I need. In the wide fitting of these, the size 10 was huge. I couldn't even walk in them without them falling off. Definitely size down. They are a nice shape but I'm not sure if the leather is too stiff. I will try a smaller size and see how I go.

This is a classic, style...just what I needed. However, I was really disappointed that the shoes I received ran so large. I have a closet full of size 6 shoes, and these were huge...at least 6.5, maybe 7. They were too big for me to walk in, so I really can't comment accurately on arch support or comfort. Fortunately, Zappos.com makes returns really easy.
