Fit well. Not holding up very well.

Wore out very quickly

I love this brand of shoes for my kid. Stylish, confortable and easy to wash. I would like to give 5 stars overall but this time the UPS driver left the package outside the building and it could have easily been robbed. I was very disappointed. Please complain UPS so that they can give feedback to the driver.

There is a lot to like about this shoe. I love the rubber toe because my 4yo plays very rough and usually rips holes in the toes of his shoes by dragging his feet on his bike or cozy coup. I like that the soft side of the Velcro is long enough to cover the sticky of the Velcro so the sticky side doesn’t get all scuzzy. They’re cute and comfy shoes but.... The denim material that these shoes are made of simply disintegrated. I have never seen shoes in the side of a shoe and we’ve been through some shoes. I wish the body material was a little bit more hardy. Would probably be fine if your kid doesn’t play hard.

Adorable shoe that got a lot compliments but major problem was it caused my toddler to trip. Not the best for a narrow footed kiddo or one who is prone to tip toe walking as the rubber toe cap is a trip hazard too.

Adorable shoe, but caused my toddler to trip like crazy. I suspect with his narrow foot, the style wasn't right with the rubber toe cap especially. He tripped constantly and once took a bad spill while wearing these. Switched to Pumas and he hasn't tripped since.

My very picky son loves these shoes. I love that he doesn’t complain that they hurt his feet. They are super cute too! I just wish they stayed looking nice a bit longer. We barely had them a month before they looked very worn and old, and the rubber around the toe started to separate from the canvas.

My son's teacher loved the shoes and wanted to buy them also.

My 4 year old grandson wears only red shoes so this was included in a large order for him to choose from. He would not even consider any of the brands with a canvas like fabric or contrasting colored laces. He liked the wagon (loves anything with wheels) but no. Would not even try on.

We bought a pair of these and within two weeks, the front trim was separating and falling off the shoe. I called and they said this must be defective and sent us another pair. It lasted a little longer (a month, maybe?) but then the same thing happened. I have a 2 year old who is tough on his shoes, but I feel like shoes for toddlers should hold up to the wear and tear by...toddlers?

These shoes lasted less than 2 weeks before falling apart. I know toddlers can be tough on shoes, but thats completely ridiculous for a $50 pair of shoes. We've bought this brand in the past and found them great, so I do wonder if this pair was just a 'lemon.'

Fell apart in a week

I ordered a size 12 for my 5 year old and they were huge. According to the sizing template included in the Kai box, my son's foot is indeed a size 12 and the shoes--marked as 12--were a full 2Y. Not worth it to me to try and figure out the deal.

Our second pair. The laces broke after less than 20 wears. The shoes look super faded and old after my son wearing less then a few weeks. Have been sitting in his shoe bin unworn due to condition. The just don't wear well.

These shoes are adorable and my son wears them fine. However, they looked ANCIENT within a week. Completely beat up and weathered. Total waste of money.

Cute shoes, but they feel apart in about 4 weeks. The stitching was not secure on the straps so the velcro came lose, causing the shoes to often come undone. The little green circles that the laces thread through also came loose from the fabric. Finally, the outer sole started to pull away from the upper as well. I expected a lot better from this brand and for the cost! I will not be buying this brand again.
