Love the shoe but it the ankle strap was too fit and iti had a terrible gap on the back.

Overall adorable & comfortable shoe. It did rub just slightly on small toes. There was some gapping by the sides which I didn’t like on my narrow foot. So, sending back.

I brought for an aunt who saw this but couldn't find her size. Zappos had this in the perfect size and width. She has back problems and she loves the support and comfort this pair of sandals gave to her. I have a another style from clarks is very comfortable as well. Well made, simple style and comfortable.

Love, love, love these shoes. So retro/classic. I have the start of a bunion and they rub against the very tender area of it. Unfortunately, I have to return them. I did reorder in a wide width, but they are out of stock. I’ll wait patiently for their return to stock and hopefully they will work for me.

I really love these shoes and wanted them so badly to be comfortable! I’m bummed that the strap across the top of the foot (especially the left foot) at the toes, hurt immediately. I tried to give them a little time but no way I could keep them for this reason. Everything else about them was perfect so super disappointed! I’m guessing would be a perfect fit for a narrow foot.

I bought this shoe in black on another site, but still thought I'd share the results. It has a great look in person, much less geriatric than I expected. However, as someone w/a collapsed arch on my left foot, the sides of the shoe did nothing to hold my foot in. Even on my right foot, which has no arch issue, the material was not very sturdy and gaped too much for me to ignore no matter how much I tightened the strap. I wear an 11M, but the width felt too generous. It was also slightly too short in length. My right foot is my longer of the two and I had a little heel overhang in the back. Very cute and comfy, but there were too many little issues to keep them.

Unbelievably comfortable buthad to return as my foot is narrower and as they stretched, toes would slide. Have the crisscross style and they have stretched a lot. Back strap stretched too so now it slips.

Love the look for this shoe, but it was too narrow in the toe box for me in the size I ordered. I'm trying slightly larger to see if it will fit better. Looks really cute on, and it's comfortable.

I love this shoe. Ordered in tan. Unfortunately the wide width runs very narrow. Had to send them back.

this was so strange. they made the tops of my feet look flat and wide. and they felt really strange, like the base of the strap was part of the platform and pushed in on my arch. I love the look, and the wedge is perfect, but they are no match for me.

I originally ordered this in my normal size 9 1/2 M. Fit weird, gapped out on sides at arch. Returned, replaced with 9 1/2 W. Hoped it was a width issue. Well, the wide was way to wide, gapping 10 times worse in wide. I have normal feet, so I don’t understand how other women can wear this shoe and not have this issue? I’m bummed it won’t work for me. If it weren’t for Zappos fabulous return policy, I’d be done trying to find my perfect shoes on line. Expecting a different pair of sandals tomorrow, (cost more than twice what these Clark’s do, but I’m hopeful the perfect shoe for me is really out there!), fingers crossed they will work. Still love the way these shoes look. (This is my 2nd review of this shoe).

The toe bed was too narrow for this to be a wide 9.5 size shoe, the company needs to make sure that the whole shoe is equivalent when saying the shoe comes in wide, I love the style of the shoe but I'm returning them because the fit is too narrow on the toe bed.

My dog ate one of these favorite shoes. Something changed because the width was ok on the pair ordered approximately a year ago and my replacements won't even fit on my feet. Too bad as I loved these.

These shoes are SO amazingly comfortable!!

I purchased the same style and size one year ago in a different color and material (white leather) and while this pair is very cushioned, attractive and comfortable. it does not have the same structured interior arch support that the first pair had. I am not displeased with the shoes but a tad disappointed that Clarks has changed an exceptional feature. Love Zappos! Great selection, prices and delivery.

Super cute! I originally order a wide based on other reviewer. Had to return for medium, much better fit. Very comfortable, there is a little gapping but I can live with it. Had wanted these shoes since last season, but missed out on my size. Glad to finally add them to my wardrobe

These fit great! a little tight but after the first time I wore them they broke in pretty good.

Could wear these all day. Very pretty and comfortable.
